Exercise Developer: Provides subject matter expertise and data engineering to support exercise development projects, including systems design, selection, development, integration, and support. Develops and coordinates multi-threat, multi-war force exercise scenarios which support exercise objectives, and can be incorporated into overall exercise scenarios.

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Experience: Five or more years.

Senior Operations Analyst: Senior expert with extensive knowledge in designated field or discipline. Provides insight and advice concerning task or project strategic direction and outcomes. May contribute to the evaluation, analysis, and development of recommended solutions. Resolves complex problems, which require an in-depth knowledge of subject matter related to the designated field or discipline. Applies principles and methods of the subject matter to specialized solutions. Generally possess demonstrated ability and experience in management consulting and cross-team facilitation at the senior management level. Typically a former high ranking military or civilian official and recognized by industry as an expert in their specific field.

Education: Bachelor's degree, Master’s preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 12 years professional work experience.

Subject Matter Expert: Senior expert with extensive, enterprise-wide knowledge and experience in one or more designated functional and/or domain areas. Provides insight and advice concerning strategic direction and applicability of up to date, industry standard solutions. Is responsible for providing high level vision to program/project manager or senior client leadership to influence objectives of complex efforts. Supports the creation of comprehensive methods for describing current and/or future structure and behavior of an organization’s processes, systems, personnel and organizational sub-units, so that they align with the organization’s core goals and strategic direction. Typically a former high ranking military or civilian official and recognized by industry as an expert in their specific field.

Education: Bachelor's degree, Master’s preferred.

Analyst, Senior: Senior expert with extensive knowledge and experience developing and applying analytic methodologies and principles, and is recognized as a leader within specific functions. Leads the application of analytic techniques and helps define project objectives and strategic direction. Is responsible for providing leadership and vision to client and project teams around the methodology. Resolves complex problems, which require an in-depth knowledge of analytic methodologies and principles. Directs the activities of more junior Analysts or other staff as necessary on activities related to the application of analytical techniques and methodologies. Military Operations Specialist: Provides technical knowledge and skill in using specialized military operational applications. Serves as technical expert in military operational areas relevant to the planning and execution of projects. Experienced in the military operational environment and in using high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation methodologies on moderately complex problems which require in-depth knowledge of the subject matter. Applies principles, methods and knowledge of the functional area of capability to specific task order requirements. Security Advisor: Coordinates and assists with the proper implementation of security requirements. The position requires extensive experience with security policies, practices, procedures, and techniques, as well as exceptional proficiency in personnel, industrial, physical and information security programs. The position is required to perform a full range of security management responsibilities to include monitoring compliance with security policies and procedures, and managing physical security to include access to controlled areas and materials. This position requires a Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access.

*The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS), formerly the Service Contract Act (SCA), is applicable to this contract and as it applies to the entire MAS Multiple Award Schedule and all services provided.

While no specific labor categories have been identified as being subject to SCLS/SCA due to exemptions for professional employees (FAR 22.1101, 22.1102 and 29 CFR 541.300), this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for SCLS/SCA eligible labor categories. If and/or when the Contractor adds SCLS/SCA labor categories to the contract through the modification process, the Contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCLS/SCA matrix identifying the GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCLS/SCA labor category titles and applicable wage determination (WD) number. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract.
