6 Facilitated Workshop and Training Descriptions CEEK offers a series of fixed price training workshops, speaking engagements, and facilitated team building. These services are all focused on promoting organizational wellness. We offer each training workshop in increments of 2, 4, or 8 hour engagements. The duration simply impacts the depth of the materials covered and the extent of hands-on, experiential learning activities conducted during the workshop. The following list details our current, most popular workshops offered. These workshops are provided for groups of 24 or fewer participants, with minimum pricing based upon groups of 10 (as summarized in the Table 4. This lists below summarize the objectives and provide the high-level course agenda that is typical of the 8-hour engagement for our most popular workshops. CEEK enhances the content with personal stories and metaphors that engage an audience of any size. CEEK offers up to two meetings with the client in advance to tailor the engagement to client objectives and one follow-up meeting to share observations and discuss potential next steps.

• CEEK a Better Way®...Team Building Facilitation: CEEK meets with the client up to three times in advance of the desired team building engagement to understand the objectives of the session. CEEK develops customized team building activities to most effectively meet the session objectives and best serve the team demographic. CEEK engages the team and facilitates the team building exercise(s) as appropriate. A typical session is four hours or less.
