Leon Snead & Company, P.C. possesses an adequate and auditable labor hour recording and invoicing system capable of fully supporting labor hour invoices; therefore, the firm is approved to accept both Labor-Hour and Firm-Fixed-Price Delivery/Task Orders from authorized agencies under this contract.
LABOR DESCRIPTIONS
Partner I - Will have a minimum of 15 years’ experience; appropriate license; bachelor's degree or advanced degree(s) in accounting; advanced degree in related fields. Responsibilities: Final authority in the conduct of engagements; full responsibility for work performed; ensure qualified and adequate resources are assigned to engagements; assure quality control programs are in place and operating effectively; maintain proper liaison and coordination with client; point of contact for resolving major issues with client; provide engagement direction.
Partner II - Will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience; appropriate license; bachelor's degree or advanced degree(s) in accounting; advanced degree in related fields. Responsibilities: Final authority in the conduct of engagements; full responsibility for work performed; ensure qualified and adequate resources are assigned to engagements; assure quality control programs are in place and operating effectively; maintain proper liaison and coordination with client; point of contact for resolving major issues with client; provide engagement direction.
Audit Manager - Will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience; appropriate license; bachelor's degree or advanced degree(s) in accounting or related fields. Responsibilities: Responsible for complex engagements and may oversee two or more engagements simultaneously; demonstrated ability to assume full responsibility for directing engagements and special assignments; Reviews working papers, financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness, and conducts discussions with clients about the results of the work performed; directs supervisor, senior and junior auditors; reviews and approves work plans and programs; ensures that assignments are carried out within the budgeted time and within delivery commitments; follows the progress of the engagement and helps resolve accounting, auditing and reporting problems as they arise.
Audit Supervisor - Will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience; appropriate license; bachelor's degree or advanced degree(s) in accounting or related fields. Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing one engagement with several major areas; provides day-to-day supervision to the senior and junior auditors assigned to the engagement; performs audit work in the more complex areas of the audit; may complete entire audit on small engagements.
Senior Auditor - Will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience; appropriate license; bachelor's degree or advanced degree in accounting or related field. Responsibilities: Performs most examinations with minimum supervision; assists junior auditors with work assignments; makes decisions on all but the most unusual accounting, auditing and reporting matters.
Staff Auditor - Will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. Responsibilities: Performs specific audit procedures under the guidance of a senior auditor or above; all activities are supervised.
IS Auditor - Will have a minimum of 6 years’ experience; appropriate license; bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; Certified Information Systems Auditor. Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing information systems audit engagements; provides day-to-day supervision to the Senior and Junior Auditors assigned to the engagement; provides expert advice on the configuration, controls and output of complex systems and related software; ensures that appropriate security and controls system tests are conducted during IS Audit cycles; may complete entire audit on small engagements.
Senior Program Manager - Will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience, appropriate license, bachelor’s degree in appropriate field, advanced degree to substitute for two years’ experience. Responsibilities: Serves as manager on two or more large engagements simultaneously. Provides project quality assurance.
Program Manager - Will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience, appropriate license, bachelor’s degree in appropriate field, advanced degree to substitute for two years’ experience. Responsibilities: Serves as manager on single large and small engagements.
Senior Program Analyst - Will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, bachelor’s degree in appropriate field, advanced degree to substitute for two years’ experience. Responsibilities: Consulting team member; assists in supervision.
Program Analyst - Will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience, bachelor’s degree in appropriate field, advanced degree to substitute for two years’ experience. Responsibilities: Consulting team member; performs major segment of engagements.
Junior Program Analyst - Will have a bachelor’s degree in appropriate field and up to two years’ experience. Responsibilities: Consulting team member.
Senior Procurement Specialist - Will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience, bachelor’s degree in appropriate field, advanced degree to substitute for two years’ experience. Responsibilities: Procurement consulting team member.
Procurement Specialist - Will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, bachelor’s degree in appropriate field, advanced degree to substitute for two years’ experience. Responsibilities: Procurement consulting team member.
Administrative Support - Will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in professional office environment, expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, and high school degree. Responsibilities: Provides administrative support.
