Who We Are
Global Evaluation & Applied Research Solutions (GEARS), Inc. is a management consulting firm founded in 2002. We are a woman-owned small business with two locations: Atlanta, GA; and Lanham, MD. GEARS is a graduate of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 8(a) business development program and currently qualifies as a self-certified small disadvantaged business. GEARS is also certified as a woman owned small business by the SBA.
