Alternatively or complementarily, expertise and experience in the design and conduct of mid-term assessments, evaluations, final evaluations, impact evaluations with expertise in major evaluation techniques, methods, and data collection methodologies. SENIOR PROJECT DIRECTOR/CHIEF OF PARTY/PRINCIPAL
Experience Eleven (11) or more years of progressively more responsible specialized experience working as an executive responsible for leadership of an organization. The position requires demonstrated leadership ability at executive level, and extensive experiences in both management and technical fields. Nine (9) or more years of experience in relevant fields and six (6) years’ experience managing groups of task orders. Possesses knowledge of best practices in the management and control of personnel, funds and resources for multi- task projects.
Requires competence in project development from inception to deployment and providing guidance and direction.
Functional Responsibility Serves as senior lead advisor/analyst to customer’s executive management team in a variety of capacities. Directs completion of tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints. Schedules and assigns duties to subordinates and subcontractors and ensures assignments are completed as directed. Enforces work standards and reviews/resolves work discrepancies to ensure compliance with contract requirements. Interfaces with internal and Government management personnel. Reports to internal and Government management.
