CNO ANALYST / REPORTER APPRENTICE
Minimum/General Experience: 4 years. Familiarity with computer networking and TTPs.
Familiarity with malware analysis/triage. Familiarity with computer network-based research, analysis, and Intrusion Detection Systems. Training and experience with necessary SIGINT tools and databases.

SENIOR NETWORK ANALYST
Minimum/General Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant intelligence experience for a
Government Agency or the Department of Defense. Minimum 2 years of experience in analysis and targeting of global proliferation networks and supply chains. Requires successful completion of formal analytic training such as Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis, CI Analytic Methods, or analytical training offered by military or intelligence schools. Requires experience working with the interagency and allied partners on intelligence analysis and support to operations.
Functional Responsibility: Plan and carry out complex projects to completion. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of subject matter concepts, practices and procedures. Use advanced targeting skills and a comprehensive understanding of the operational cycle as well as the data, tools and techniques used for each phase of targeting. SENIOR OSINT ANALYST

Gather and analyze all-source information and data to solve complex problems and/or produce finished intelligence and reports; e.g., operations research, modeling, threat analysis, logistics procurement, and risk assessment. Write programs parsing text or semi-structured text, develop custom XML Schema, and apply XML transforms to existing XML files. Work with interagency and allied partners on intelligence analysis and support to operations. ALL SOURCE ANALYST - JOURNEYMAN
Minimum/General Experience: 8 years.
Functional Responsibility: Provide expert all-source research, analysis, and intelligence production to specifically answer a customer’s RFI. Process and manage RFI, to include dissemination of intelligence reports in accordance with the IOC Requirements Management SOP. Prepare all source analytical products, link and nodal diagrams, and periodic Database Reports. Conduct briefings (written or verbal) and participate in In-progress Review of Analytical Products. Maintain and update databases through the use of applicable research and data mining tools used within the IOC. Assess occurrences that may change the methods or vulnerabilities of terrorist/insurgent/illicit organizations and the operational plans to counter such threats. Identify intelligence gaps, specify collection requirements to fill gaps in information; evaluate resulting intelligence; determine an analytical approach to projects; and review/validate conclusions relating to the assigned area and issues.
ENGINEER LEAD
Minimum/General Experience: 10 years.
Functional Responsibility: Leads engineering efforts that provide engineering, technical, and managerial direction for problem definition, analysis, requirement development, and implementation for complex systems. Oversees tasks in the engineering discipline required to meet technical requirements.
Provide daily supervision and direction to support staff. Monitor performance and evaluates areas to improve efficiency.
SENIOR ANALYST III

Functional Responsibility: Work independently under general guidelines or objectives. Possess advanced technical and managerial skills and be fully knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of a program or functional area. Applicable functional areas include systems engineering, network engineering, acquisition management, business process reengineering, specialty engineering (e.g., communications, systems safety, quality assurance, test and evaluation, human factors, reliability and maintainability, systems security etc.), organizational planning, financial management, acquisition logistics, configuration and data information systems, and support or program management. Manage a single systems acquisition program/project or major functional area. Be fully knowledgeable of all aspects of the program or programs under his/her management. Establish objectives and requirements as well as project standards and schedules. Monitor outside resources. Coordinate, review and supervise work of assigned staff. Review/oversee the preparation of all related documentation. Conduct program reviews, meetings, etc.
Minimum/General Experience: 5 years.

Functional Responsibility: Work under general guidelines established by supervisor. Receive overall instructions on specific assignment objectives, features, possible solutions, etc. Applicable functional areas include systems engineering, network engineering, acquisition management, business process reengineering, specialty engineering (e.g., communications, systems safety, quality assurance, test and evaluation, human factors, reliability and maintainability, systems security etc.), organizational planning, financial management, acquisition logistics, configuration and data information systems, and support or program management. Perform routine assignments on a broad range of tasks associated with the implementation of standard techniques, procedures and/or criteria as they apply to the technical or administrative discipline relating to the task. Use prescribed methods and information supplied, develop draft inputs to program documentation as it relates to any of the support functions. Review final draft documents for conformity to requirements and completeness. Organize and maintain management files.
Track preparation and delivery status of required deliverables. Attend meetings, design reviews, working groups and briefings. Report issues and problems. Recommend solutions.
Minimum Education: Associate’s Degree.
JUNIOR INTELLIGENCE ANALYST
Minimum/General Experience: 3 years.
Functional Responsibility: Assist with collection, production and dissemination of intelligence data.
Apply basic knowledge of a professional discipline, principles and techniques of inductive and deductive reasoning, and subject-matter knowledge of either a geographical area or a functional area to the production of finished intelligence reports. Apply knowledge of a professional discipline such as international relations, current history, military science or political science and a knowledge of the operations and resources of the organizations which make up the intelligence community to a subject-matter specialty in the field of intelligence operations.
INTELLIGENCE ANALYST
Minimum/General Experience: 7 years.
Functional Responsibility: Apply a basic knowledge of a professional discipline, the principles and techniques of inductive and deductive reasoning, and a subject-matter knowledge of either a geographical area or a functional area to the production of finished intelligence reports and/or they apply a the knowledge of a professional discipline such as international relations, current history, military science or political science and a knowledge of the operations and resources of the organizations which make up the intelligence community to a subject-matter specialty in the field of intelligence operations.
ENGINEER, ELECTRICAL ELECTRONICS SENIOR
Minimum/General Experience: 10 years.

ALL SOURCE INTELLIGENCE ANALYST
Minimum/General Experience: 9 years, including 5 years in intelligence community.
Functional Responsibility: Serve as all source analyst for creating action-oriented intelligence products and solutions for intelligence center and deployed commanders. Produce Biometric
Identification Analysis Reports (BIARs). Provide analytical and subject matter expertise, over site and direction to the 24/7 reach-back support to the forward commander. Possess and maintain the knowledge to perform rapid data-mining and research to create all-source biometric intelligence products. Provide input to the Biometric Enabled Watchlist (BEWL), and help standardize processes for counter-insurgency mission. Support the warfighter through biometrics-centric research on IED networks and provide broad analytical reach back capability. Has familiarity with biometric collection platforms (BAT, HIIDE), forensics evidence chain of custody (including major case prints), criminal case prosecution, and interrogation support.
Minimum Education: Associate’s degree
FUSION ANALYST
Minimum/General Experience: 7 years in at least one of the following areas: Multi-INT analysis, technical data exploitation, GIS, MASINT, SIGINT, OSINT, or AGI disciplines including: GIS, hyperspectral, multispectral, infrared imagery, radar, seismic, acoustic, infrasound, electromagnetic, or gravity; background in spectral signature libraries, and creating precise 3-D models.
Functional Responsibility: Has proficiency in the following toolsets: ArcGIS 8.x/9.x, ERDAS
Imagine, ENVI, RemoteView, IEC, Satellite ToolKit, ArcIMS, ArcSDE, Geodatabases, Link Analysis, Socket Set, Iminer, S-plus, Stella, other physics based modeling tools, Flight Control, JDISS CMWS, GALE, GALE-LITE, IEC, or other related tools.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Geographic Information Systems, Cartography, Geography, Remote Sensing, or Geology
SME III / FACULTY
Minimum/General Experience: 9 years, with at least 3 years of teaching/training experience.
Functional Responsibility: Demonstrate knowledge of intelligence capabilities and accesses, strengths and weaknesses of specific technical sensors/platforms, and human sources. Apply knowledge of
Intelligence Community collection management processes, systems and tools. Offer expertise related to collection strategy, targeting, feedback, and source validation/vetting processes. Has strong verbal and writing skills, proficiency in word processing, familiarization with Black Board and proficiency in operating classroom equipment.

OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Minimum/General Experience: 10 years of experience. Knowledge of the application of analytic methods to the solution of varied and complex strategic, operational, and managerial defense issues.
Ability to bridge the gap among military, science, and management activities and acquire competence in a wide variety of Army functions.
Functional Responsibility: Specific functions include formulating problems, designing research and study methods, conducting and supervising qualitative and quantitative analyses of complex military and related problems. Applies objective, analytical, and orderly thinking to the analysis of complex operational and management problems, and supports this analysis using Operations Research Analyst tools and techniques such as statistical inference, modeling, mathematical programming, and simulations. Summarizes and synthesizes complex analyses into simplified terms and presents results to decision makers. Plans, evaluates, coordinates, and integrates ORSA actions with other staff elements and functions. Manages and directs the analyses of management problems. Provides information requirements and the formulation of scientific solutions. Uses specialized techniques to help identify optimal use of many different scarce resources. Provides decision makers with a quantitative basis for the evaluation of decision options.

Senior All-Source Analyst III
Minimum/General Experience: 8 years of intelligence analysis experience (to include one year of
I2/BEI experience)
Functional Responsibility: The individual shall be knowledgeable of the Intelligence Cycle, and research and intelligence analytic techniques. The individual shall have 8 years of experience (including complex Boolean logic queries) with standard all-source intelligence research tools such as: Palantir, Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), BI2R, Query Tree, CIDNE, M3 / AMHS, Analyst Notebook, open source research, Biometric Automated Toolset (BAT), TIDE, Pulse, CCD, QLIX, and / or Google Earth
(proficiency with all of the listed systems is preferred, but not required).
The individual’s resume will reflect performance of tasks showing clear knowledge of the U.S.
Intelligence Community’s Intelligence Cycle, experience with research and intelligence analytic techniques, strong research and writing skills, and experience with basic computer applications, search engines, and data processing systems. Furthermore, the individual must be able to demonstrate that they have effectively operated alone for at least one year in support of tactical, strategic and special operations forces.
Mid All-Source Analyst II
Minimum/General Experience: 5 years of intelligence all-source analysis experience

Electronics Technician - Senior
Minimum/General Experience: 10 years with electronic & computer equipment, electronic analysis, development of schematic drawings, using CAS and soldering.
Functional Responsibility: Analyze electronics circuits & schematics to determine functionality.
Conduct soldering/de-soldering of electronic components. Accurately enter characteristics of devices into databases & other tools for further analysis. Develop accurate schematics of complicated devices in various conditions in timely fashion. Identify electronic components & devices & research information.
Develop tools & techniques for analysis of IED’s and components.
Minimum Education: Associate’s Degree in Electronics or applicable technical field; or equivalent experience

HME Chemist

Minimum/General Experience: 5 years of experience directly relatable, e.g. chemistry, radiochemistry, or closely related field.
Functional Responsibility: The chemist supports the delivery of Homemade Explosives (HME) training course by preparing practical exercise scenarios, preparing materials used in the explosives demonstrations, preparing and conducting classroom exercises/demonstrations and laboratory maintenance and clean up.
The chemist will be required to prepare fuels, oxidizers and other chemical materials used in all aspects of the HME class. This consists of grinding materials, weighing materials, packaging materials and configuring scenarios with proper chemical materials. Chemists might also be asked to assist in mixing of fuels and oxidizers if proper understanding and competencies are exhibited in explosives.
Maintenance, calibration and service of all chemical instruments used in the HME training course. These instruments include the following instruments: Thermo Fisher Trudefender RMX (Raman), Thermo
Fisher Firstdefender FTX (FTIR), and Thermo Fisher Gemini (tandem Raman-FTIR). Monitoring and tracking inventories of chemicals and materials that support the chemist’s mission with the HME class.
Collection of data regarding the success/failure rate of the HME demonstration shots.
Project Manager II
Minimum/General Experience: 8 years
Functional Responsibility: Proven technical and management experience, from inception to deployment, of multiple complex projects. Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction in multiple tasks across several functional areas and including use of different technologies. Manages moderate program/technical support operations potentially involving multiple projects/task orders and personnel at multiple locations. Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and execution of all program/technical support activities. Shall have demonstrated ability to interface with management.
Establishes and alters management structure as necessary to effectively direct program/technical support activities. Confers with appropriate Government management officials regarding the status of specific

Community (IC) and other consumers.

Minimum/General Experience: 15 years
Functional Responsibility: Recognized as a renowned expert within the Department of Defense
(DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) in Technical Intelligence, counter IED operations, and device exploitation. Possesses an US Joint Service EOD Master Badge qualification with 15 years’ experience at the GS- 14/15 level or higher. Assists I2WD leadership in the development of DoD and IC IED exploitation policy and funding streams, integration of exploitation and analyses data into existing and developing Government databases, and participates in senior level to include GO/SES briefings and engagements in CONUS and OCONUS.

Remote Piloted Vehicles (RPV)/Technical Intelligence Analyst
Functional Responsibility: Responsible for the intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination of technologies used in remotely-piloted vehicles. Responsible for coordination and scenario-development during Department of Defense (DoD) technology test events. Defines vulnerabilities and critical infrastructure in relating to threats by RPV. Responsible for the acquisition, fabrication, modification, programming, and maintenance of RPV for test events. Participates in all working groups, planning meetings, conferences, and briefings as a key member of the C-RPV community of interest.
Management Specialist II
Minimum/General Experience: 3 years
Functional Responsibility: Experienced in creating inventory or accountability systems; tracking and accounting of items; documentation. Ability to write, edit, and/or analyze technical or administrative documentation. Must have demonstrated ability to administer and manage general administrative services.

Senior Intelligence Analyst
Minimum/General Experience: 12 years
Functional Responsibility: Individuals are experienced in performing collection, production and dissemination of intelligence data. They apply a basic knowledge of a professional discipline, the principles and techniques of inductive and deductive reasoning, and a subject-matter knowledge of either a geographical area or a functional area to the production of finished intelligence reports and/or they apply a the knowledge of a professional discipline such as international relations, current history, military science or political science and a knowledge of the operations and resources of the organizations which make up the intelligence community to a subject- matter specialty in the field of intelligence operations.
