OFFICE SUPPORT

Responsibilities: Performs a broad range of administrative duties; typically acts as the primary liaison with office visitors telephonically and in person. Maintains office policies and procedures, which includes, but is not limited to, mail services, office supplies, records management, producing reports and documentation, program management support, event planning and administration, scheduling meetings and meeting support, office relocation planning, and data entry.

ADMIN MANAGER

Years’ Experience: 2

Responsibilities: In addition to performing the duties of a Secretary II, the Secretary II, under limited supervision, performs a broad range of administrative duties in support of multiple clients. Typically acts as the primary liaison with office visitors telephonically and in person. Carries out special projects and complex assignments, exercises frequent independent judgment, makes administrative recommendations as required. Collects, compiles and performs analysis on information and data. Strong oral and written communication skills. High level of initiative and ability to use judgment. Strong skills operating computerized and standard office equipment. Excellent skills using word processing, spreadsheet and graphics software.. Strong planning and organizing skills. May assist in development of policies and guidelines to carry out administrative responsibilities. Performs general office duties such as: answering telephone calls, making appointments and scheduling meetings; initiating and composing correspondence;

collects, compiles and analyzes information and data; performs higher level calculations and analyses;

Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of branch, division, and directorate operating resource budgets for a federal organization. Provide strategic resource management analysis, budget or programming services, including planning, programming, budgeting, and executing and tracking data, financial management support, such as maintaining cognizance of the status of approved, deferred, and released funds, appropriate tracking documentation, and financial information for the preparation and execution of financial documents. Maintain an accurate audit trail to separately track, record, and report the status of each funding document to ensure proper use of all funds, including active, expired, and cancelled. Coordinate with branch, division, and directorate leadership, as required in performance of budget execution or justification. Provide draft information for data calls to higher organizations on an as needed basis and decision support to management to contribute in development of program and budget submissions. INFORMATION SPECIALIST II

Responsibilities: Designs, develops, implements, and maintains web sites, web pages, and content to deliver or support services. Works with and coordinates the efforts of programmers, database experts, graphic artists, and functional experts to achieve information and site objectives. Participates in meetings with customers and other contractor personnel to identify site requirements and preferences. Interacts with all stakeholders to coordinate and interface with all types of Social Media. Conducts reviews and testing to ensure that web sites meet all agency/organizational/government regulations and restrictions and that the web sites operate on all relevant platforms and with all common browsers. Develops and implements necessary internet security measures to protect the site’s integrity and data.

SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT

Years’ Experience: 8

Responsibilities: Provide a definitive source of knowledge, technique, or expertise in a specific subject area, such as business management, information technology, software development, process engineering.

Function as the organizational ambassador for their knowledge area, and applies their expertise to support an organization’s vision and strategic direction. Lead effort in establishing a functional base line for as-is-state and defining the to-be-state with transition roadmap that includes the key components around business processes, policy framework, process re-design, change management and working closely with other technology team members in determining technology and product configurations. Lead requirement analysis sessions to gather key business objectives, identify current business process challenges, identify and document gaps in business processes. Identify Business Process re-engineering opportunities for existing and future modules and processes. Identify impacts that changes to system configurations will have on integrated systems and existing internal and external interfaces.
