Service Contract Labor Standards: The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS), formerly known as the Service Contract Act (SCA), is applicable to this contract as it applies to the entire Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) and all services provided. While no specific labor categories have been identified as being subject to SCLS/SCA due to exemptions for professional employees (FAR 22.1101, 22.1102 and 29 CRF 541.300), this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for SCLS/SCA eligible labor categories. If and / or when the contractor adds SCLS/SCA labor categories to the contract through the modification process, the contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCLS/SCA matrix identifying the GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCLS/SCA labor category titles and the applicable WD number. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract.

3U CubeSat 34Lx10Hx10Wx5kg Satellite Launch Services:
· Quantity of 4 receives 10% discount per unit, quantity of 8 or more receives 20% discount per unit
6U CubeSat 34Lx10Hx22.6Wx10kg Satellite Launch Services:
· Quantity of 2 receives 10% discount per unit, quantity of 4 or more receives 20% discount per unit Spaceflight Launch Services Overview Spaceflight charges a standard firm fixed price based upon volume and mass of a customer’s satellite. Our business model is similar to FedEx, which offers a one-stop shop for shipping. With FedEx, customers are charged by the weight and the dimensions of the package. FedEx does not charge for each gallon of gas used, each hour spent loading the package onto plane/truck. Spaceflight applies a similar approach to launching small satellites. Our customers indicate the mass and volume of their satellites, and we charge a firm fixed rate. The customer drops off their satellite at our facility, and we perform the rest of the steps to integrate, launch, and deploy the satellite from the launch vehicle.
With access to nearly all launch service providers in the industry, Spaceflight provides multiple launch options for your satellite. We are launch vehicle and deployment hardware agnostic, using the best deployment mechanisms to meet your mission requirements. Our staff of experienced engineers is at your disposal to ensure your satellite has a seamless launch campaign - from providing design guidance and testing support to navigating regulatory compliance and on orbit satellite identification.
Spaceflight provides the following services within the firm fixed price:
· Conduct Spacecraft Manifesting: Spaceflight will work with the Customer and the Launch Service Provider (LSP) to manifest the spacecraft on a specific launch and conduct mission design activities to ensure that the customer’s spacecraft is compatible with the Launch Vehicle’s mission.
· Define Interfaces and Environments: As part of the manifesting process, Spaceflight will work with the customer and Launch Services Provider to define the interfaces and environments to which the spacecraft must adhere. These interfaces will be documented in an Interface Control Document (“ICD”).
· Provide Launch Support Equipment: Spaceflight will provide a separation system to attach the spacecraft to the launch vehicle. Spaceflight will provide support during launch and orbital maneuvering, and separate the spacecraft once it reaches orbit.
· Conduct Safety Audit: The customer is responsible for certifying that its spacecraft complies with the interfaces and requirements provided by Spaceflight. Prior to the Safety Audit, the customer must demonstrate, through successful environmental testing per NASA GEVS and/or launch vehicle specific levels, that the spacecraft and its payload support equipment is safe for flight. Spaceflight will review the customer’s documentation and conduct a pass/fail review at the customer’s facility. Additional reviews will be held as required.
· Integrate the Payload for Flight: Spaceflight will receive the customer’s spacecraft at its designated facility, attach the spacecraft to the launch support equipment, verify physical and functional interfaces and integrate the payload stack with the LSP’s vehicle. Spaceflight can provide a range of secure integration facilities as required by the customer.
· Provide Launch Services: The Launch Service Provider will provide transport of your payload to the designated orbit, where Spaceflight will initiate separation and/or deployment.
Spaceflight’s mission is to make access to space easy, routine, reliable, and assured. With access to nearly all U.S. launch vehicles, Spaceflight can find you a low cost launch to your preferred orbit that meets your schedule. If you don’t see your need being met with the current offerings, please let us know.
Our experienced team is ready to make your mission a reality.
