Systems Administrator I Works under only very general supervision. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy. Coordinates installation of hardware and software, installs patches and updates, provides backup and recovery as part of Continuity of Operations (COOP), and supports local and Enterprise migration services. Systems Administrator II Responsible for the day-to-day operational maintenance, support, and upgrades for operating systems, workstations and servers. Under general supervision, performs software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages. Schedules installations and upgrades and maintains them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures. Monitors and tunes the system to achieve optimum performance levels. Ensures workstation/server data integrity by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions. Ensures data/media recoverability by implementing a schedule of system backups and database archive operations. Implements and promotes standard operating procedures. Network and Computer Systems Engineer Perform Network Design Engineering, including strategic planning, network designs, design methodologies, implementation, migration strategies, network design reviews, and presentations.
Shall have a comprehensive knowledge of all phases of data network design, which include network operating systems, software and hardware integration, infrastructure planning, and enterprise management. Shall have a working knowledge of Hardware Software maintenance, vendor relations, and systems procurement. Shall have a broad knowledge of local and wide area network protocols, internet connectivity and troubleshooting techniques. Shall have five years of professional experience in the design, troubleshooting and maintenance of large data networks.

Computer Graphics Illustrator
Provides technical creation of artistic, complex and highly detailed graphics for charts, publications, and hardcopies.

Project Manager Serves as the contract manager, and will be the authorized interface with customer representatives. Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals to subordinates and subcontractors; responsible for the overall contract performance. Manages services and support operations, which may include multiple projects. Prepares and delivers presentations to colleagues, subordinates, and client representatives.
Bus Driver** Drives bus to transport passengers over specified routes to local or distant points according to time schedule. Assists passengers with baggage and collects tickets or cash fares. Regulates heating, lighting, and ventilating systems for passenger comfort. Complies with local traffic regulations. Reports delays or accidents. Records cash receipts and ticket fares. May make repairs and change tires. May inspect bus and check gas, oil, and water before departure. May load or unload baggage or express checked by passengers in baggage compartment. May transport pupils between pickup points and school. May drive diesel or electric powered transit bus to transport passengers over established city route.
Dispatcher** Responsible for the assignment of motor vehicles and drivers for conveyance of freight or passengers, and compiles lists of available vehicles. The assignment of vehicles is determined by factors such as length and purpose of trip, freight or passenger requirements, and preference of user. Additional responsibilities include the issuance of keys, record sheets, and driver credentials. The Dispatcher records time of departure, destination, cargo, expected time of return and investigates overdue vehicles. The Dispatcher may confer with customers to expedite or locate missing, misrouted, delayed or damaged merchandise, maintain record of mileage, fuel used, repairs made, and other expenses. The Dispatcher may establish service or delivery routes, supervise loading and unloading, issue equipment to drivers, (such as hand trucks, dollies, and blankets), direct activities of drivers, assign helpers to drivers, work at vehicle distribution centers, and assign vehicles to customer agencies.
Driver Tester** Capable of identifying, developing, implementing, conducting training, and providing instruction of technical- based subject matter. Knowledge of development of technical training curriculum. Works as a member of team and assists with solving problems. Has specialized related knowledge.
Duty Driver** The Truck driver drives a truck to transport materials, merchandise, equipment, or workers between various types of establishments such as: manufacturing plants, freight depots, warehouses, wholesale and retail establishments, or between retail establishments and customers’ houses or places of business. This driver may also load or unload truck with or without helpers, make minor mechanical repairs, and keep truck in good working order.. For wage study purposes, Truck Drivers are classified by type and the rated capacity of truck. Rated capacity is the gross vehicle weight minus the empty weight of the vehicle: Straight truck, less than 1 1/2 tons, and usually 4 wheels.
Tractor Trailer Driver** The Tractor-Trailer Truck Driver supports on-post cargo service, tenant organizations, and special events. The Driver will secure loads from in-transit damage or theft. They will provide information to the Transportation Supervisor to maintain an automated spreadsheet available for Government review of vehicle usage and cargo moved to include at a minimum name of driver, customer, number of pieces of cargo transported per trip, number of miles driven per trip, and dates and times services were provided. The Driver will transport materials, merchandise, equipment, or workers between various types of establishments such as: manufacturing plants, freight depots, warehouses, wholesale and retail establishments, or between retail establishments and customers’ houses or places of business. This driver may also load or unload truck with or without helpers, make minor mechanical repairs, and keep truck in good working order.
Systems Administrator The System Administrator performs the daily activities associated with configuration and operation of computer systems and facilities. Optimizes system operation and resource access and utilization, and performs capacity analysis and planning. Manages computer-room safety. Ensures production schedules are met. Coordinates the resolution of production-related problems. Provides users with computer output. Provides assistance to users in accessing and using systems.
Network Support Technician II Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators. Duties include managing user, computer and group objects in Active Directory, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space. May interact with student / instructor users, and provide Level 2/3 support to PC technicians, including installation, backup and recovery.
Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.
Network Support Technician IV Provides hands-on network administration support, network maintenance and operations support. Recommends networking software and hardware enhancements. Builds, configures, and troubleshoots local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and other company networks.
Diagnoses and corrects network systems issues.
Project Director Responsible for the daily operations of a specific project. Serves as the client contact and deals primarily with the logistics and performance factors of the project. Manages personal property to ensure compliance with governing policies and procedures and based on priorities set by the contractor supervisor and established by the customer point of contact. Works independently or as part of a contractor team to ensure proper receipt, control, and disposal of accountable property assigned to the customer. May supervise other contractor team members. Develops and maintains the required level of knowledge concerning customer policies and procedures necessary to accomplish all required actions for the proper management of assigned accountable personal property. Executes all property management transactions within the customer's automated accountable personal property database required to establish and maintain proper accountability and related database information for assigned personal property.
Develops and prepares project reporting. May provide training to customer personnel. Coordinates directly with customer as required on all property issues.
Transportation Coordinator** Uses some subject-matter knowledge and judgment to complete assignments consisting of numerous steps that vary in nature and sequence. Selects from alternative methods and refers problems not solvable by adapting or interpreting substantive guides, manuals, or procedures. Typical duties include: provides technical assistance in fleet planning; operations and maintenance; carrier management and/or routing; and freight management; tracking system analysis, operations, and management. Performs day-to-day management of assigned task order projects in the transportation area. Organizes, directs, and supervises other project personnel in the execution of task order activities.
Transportation Clerk** Performs a wide variety of transportation duties that includes planning and coordinating movements of material and personnel and receiving and processing transportation requests.
Shuttle Drivers** The Shuttle Bus Driver drives minibus or van to transport clients, trainees, or company personnel: Drives vehicle from individual or central loading area to social services or rehabilitation center, training location, job site, or other destination according to assigned schedule. May assist disabled passengers into and out of vehicle. May secure passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize wheelchairs during trip. May operate radio or similar device to communicate with base station or other vehicles to report disruption of service. May clean and/or service vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories. May keep records of trips and/or behavior of passengers. May perform other duties when not driving, such as custodial and building maintenance tasks.
Computer and Information Systems Manager Serves as the program point of contact and will be the authorized interface with customer representatives. Provides oversight over the daily network and information systems operations of the team.
Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals to subordinates and subcontractors; responsible for the overall contract performance.
Manages services and support operations, which may include multiple projects.

Ensures these systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for open systems architectures, the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) and International Standards Organization (ISO) reference models, and profiles of standards - such as Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Open Systems Environment (OSE) reference model - as they apply to the implementation and specification of Information Management (IM) solution of the application platform, across the application program interface (API), and the external environment/software application. Ensures that the common operating environment is TAFIM compliant.

Mission Command Information Specialist Document and submit recommendations to guide the implementation of necessary system hardware and software communications including subsystem interfaces (both hardware and software).
Perform analyses of MCS and USAR requirements and provide feedback/ recommendations for improvement; identify system limitations and make recommendations for system changes that would result in improved system performance if implemented.
Maximize interoperability among existing and newly acquired components/systems and make recommendations for changes promoting common interfaces among functions and across components.
Assist units with the basics of setting up and configuring MCS.Maintain and update database of MCS equipment configuration management (CM) baselines. Work with units and PEO PMs as to the best methodology for patching and keeping systems updated and online.
Support the modification, configuration, integration, and testing of MCS training systems in accordance with PEO PM plans and schedules to stay abreast of the latest and greatest technology being provided to the Army; ensure USAR equities are understood and incorporated.
Signal Readiness Support Specialist Perform staff actions in Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES) and/or Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments (DCAPES), with Plans and executes CPXs, and FTXs.
Conducts independent research and organizing information according to user’s needs.
Develops briefing using Microsoft Suite tools to senior leaders and management.
Develops DOD or federal government documentation, manage technical writing tasks and conferring with customers, vendors or technical SMEs to edit and create documents.
Leads a team of employees in research of different practices and procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.
Prepares surveys and collecting customer feedback after services were provided.
Support Army Reserve Signal Readiness planning and execution at designated exercise locations; provide guidance and assistance to USARC G-3/5/7 planners and their staffs to ensure continuity of effort and the orderly management and execution of the exercise at the prescribe locations.
Analyze and document the effectiveness of government exercise planning functions as part of the after- action reporting for assigned exercises.
Attend planning events, training, and exercises to observe and record unit’s Observations, Insights and Lessons Learned (OILs) regarding their communications capabilities and shortfalls; establish and maintain repository library for all Signal Readiness events on the USARC CIO/G-6 SharePoint portal according to the structure dictated by the government.

Frequency and Spectrum Mgmt Support Specialist Support spectrum requirements for training, pre-deployment, deployment, and reconstitution of Army Reserve Soldiers across the USAR environment (CONUS and OCONUS).
Collaborate with Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, Multinational (JIIM) Forces in specific operational area. Ensure dynamic, near real-time frequency assignment, re- assignment, interference resolution, and deconfliction across all users in area of operations.
Develop spectrum operations SOPs for government review and approval.
Perform prescribed reviews for frequency use and requirements.
Advise network planners in matters concerning spectrum management.
Periodically confer with subordinate units to maintain awareness of emitters that they are utilizing.
Serve as the point of contact for spectrum and frequency requirements.
Coordinate frequency actions with installation frequency coordinator in support of training exercises conducted on installations.
Provide communication expertise for spectrum and frequency management.
Generate Satellite Access Request (SAR) to proper controlling authority, receive Satellite Access Authorization, receive satellite frequency approval, submit assignment to frequency database using Spectrum Twenty- one (SXXI) software, and inform user of the authorized frequencies.
Perform regular frequency database reviews and submit requests for updates when necessary.
Receive requests for frequency use authorization, nominate frequency(s) from frequency database, make assignments in the database, and notify the requestor of the assignment. Maintain contact with military and civilian agency for the request and de-confliction of frequency use within the areas of responsibility.
Ensure spectrum supportability for frequency emitting equipment which is being used within a specified area and obtains electronic warfare (EW) clearances.
Validate subordinate Army unit's electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) request using Standard Frequency Action Format (SFAF).
Project Team Leader Based on knowledge of policies and procedures together with daily direction of Work Supervisor, leads a team of 5 - 10 contractors to complete assigned tasks necessary to meet contract requirements. Biomedical Equipment Technician Perform a variety of routine and complex tasks associated with the installation, service, preventive maintenance, and calibration of the therapeutic, diagnostic or life support biomedical instrumentation. Provides the following primary functions: Repair, calibration and preventive maintenance of medical and dental equipment. Provides technical skills in the selection, installation, modification, testing and evaluation of medical and dental instrumentation and equipment.
Supply Technician** This position performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities. Work usually is segregated by commodity area or function, and controlled in terms of difficulty, complexity, or responsibility.
Assignments usually relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations; or to functions or subjects that are narrow in scope or limited in difficulty. The work generally involves individual case problems or supply actions. This work may require consideration of program requirements together with specific variations in or from standardized guidelines. Assignments require: (a) a good working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines; (b) an understanding of the needs of the organization serviced; and (c) analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data to establish the facts, and take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines.
Senior Financial Systems Analyst Provide analysis of prior year open documents by researching available data to identify discrepancies and coordinate the resolution. Conduct review of automated financial systems to identify and recommend corrections for financial errors and maintain files on all research and corrective actions. Make recommendations as to actions required and corrections to prevent errors from being made.
Program Analyst II Performs analysis tasks to support programs. Enhances product workflow by analyzing and developing plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory. Develops, reviews, analyzes, and edits program documents and presentations. Creates and reviews procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Participates in meetings, collects, compiles and distributes minutes and action items. Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
Logistics Analyst I Comprehensive resource requirements analyses across the spectrum of ILS elements, analyses of significant systems and equipment ILS requirements, analyses of logistics documentation, acquisition Level of Repair (LOR) analyses, reliability and maintainability analyses, operational availability analyses, Life Cycle Costing analyses, maintenance planning and supportability analyses, and operational analyses or any other type of logistics support required to support the Program. The Logistics Analyst may be responsible for evaluation of support system effectiveness, and system reliability and maintainability, performance of logistics support, configuration management for systems and equipment, and/or definition of logistic support resource requirements.
Logistics Analyst II Responsible for performance of some or all of the following types of activities (dependent on level of experience and responsibility) comprehensive resource requirements analyses across the spectrum of ILS elements, analyses of significant systems and equipment ILS requirements, analyses of logistics documentation, acquisition Level of Repair (LOR) analyses, reliability and maintainability analyses, operational availability analyses, Life Cycle Costing analyses, maintenance planning and supportability analyses, and operational analyses or any other type of logistics support required to support the Program. The Logistics Analyst may be responsible for evaluation of support system effectiveness, and system reliability and maintainability, performance of logistics support, configuration management for systems and equipment, and/or definition of logistic support resource requirements.
Administrative Clerk** The Administrative Clerk uses some subject-matter knowledge and judgment to complete assignments consisting of numerous steps varying in nature and sequence. The Administrative Clerk selects from alternative methods and refers problems not solvable by adapting or interpreting substantive guides, manuals, or procedures.
Typical duties include: assisting in a variety of administrative matters; maintaining a wide variety of financial or other records (stored both manually and electronically); verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness; compiling information; and handling and adjusting complaints. The Administrative Clerk may also direct lower level clerks.
Positions above level IV are excluded. Such positions (which may include supervisory responsibility over lower level clerks) require workers to use a thorough knowledge of an office's work and routine to: 1) choose among widely varying methods and procedures to process complex transactions; and 2) select or devise steps necessary to complete assignments. Material Handler** Follow detailed procedures or instructions to perform warehouse work which involves receiving, storing, and shipping a variety of bin and bulk supplies, material, equipment, and commodities.
· Unloading, stacking, binning, rotating, and marking stock in accordance with standardized operating instructions.
· Check shipping documents to verify incoming and outgoing shipments.
· May use automated material identification equipment such as bar code wands, computer terminals, and laser scanners tied into a central computer to select storage locations of items being shipped or received.
· Use common hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, pliers, as well as hand trucks, hand lifts, pallet jacks, dollies and electric jack lifts.
