The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS):
The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) is applicable to this contract as it applies to the entire Multiple Award Schedule Solicitation and all services provided. While no specific labor categories have been identified for these SINs as being subject to SCLS due to exemptions for professional employees (FAR 22.1101, 22.1102 and 29 CRF 541.300), this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for SCLS eligible labor categories. If and / or when the contractor adds SCLS labor categories / employees to the contract through the modification process, the contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCLS matrix identifying the GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCLS labor category titles and the applicable WD number. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract.

Business Transformation Program Manager
Functional Responsibility: Works with the members of the client team responsible for a specific project or complex project element within a client engagement. In this role, the BTPM acts as the day-to-day project point of contact with client management in order to manage expectations and discuss issues and challenges.
Accordingly, BTPM manages and facilitates several project teams to deliver high quality deliverables on time and within budget. Specifically, this involves, preparing and maintaining project plans, reviewing deliverables, and making presentations to clients. BTPMs directly supervise team positions.
Responsibilities also include leveraging Interos best practice frameworks, their own industry expertise, and technical competence in order to support the overall design and implementation of customized best practice solutions.
Minimum/General Experience: 8 years of specialized experience. Specialized experience may include various engineering and scientific roles while in industry, project management responsibilities for large complex programs, best practice definition and implementation, facilitation, training, methodology development and deployment, process reengineering, change management, organizational development, advanced analysis and modeling, deployment of information technology, and management of personnel.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
Business Transformation Project Manager

Business Transformation Manager Subject Matter Expert 3 (SME3)
Functional Responsibility: Possesses requisite knowledge and expertise so as to be recognized as expert in the field within the professional community. Provides technical, managerial, and administrative direction for problem definition, analysis, requirements development and implementation for Supply Chain, Logistics, and relevant commercial IT solutions area. Makes recommendations and advises on organization-wide improvements, optimization or maintenance efforts, in various specialties. Works with the members of the client team responsible for specific project deliverables. Facilitates the successful completion of deliverables across many client team members. Specifically, this involves analyzing problems, supporting the development of solutions and recommendations, developing procedures, building consensus with the client, managing client relations, providing technical direction, and developing and managing work plans. May include acting as the single point of daily client contact and project-based billable work, as required.

Responsibilities include managing the overall client relationship, leading the Interos and client teams to achieve the agreed upon value proposition, and defining tailored solutions that include but are not limited to the following project areas: supply and value chain management, transportation and distribution, deployment logistics services, and management, organizational, and business improvement services.
Minimum/General Experience: 10 years of specialized experience. Specialized experience may include best practice definition and implementation, facilitation, training, methodology development and deployment, process reengineering, change management, organizational development, advanced analysis and modeling, deployment of information technology, and/or management of personnel.
Business Integration Manager 2 (BIM2)
