Question Government response Reference has this been mowed last year. If not has it ever been mowed? What is contract number if mowed in past?

It was in active agriculture last year and harvested in the Fall. After harvest native seed was planted in the fields.

Does the area have restricted access?

There are good raods capable of large eqipment navigation to the sites for mowing operations.

3 Do we have a physical address of the location(s)?

There is no physical address to the locations. Maps provided in the solicitation are the best site locations information and how to access the properties.

4 Is this a mulching job or a mow job? This will be a mowing of herbacouse plant material.

I'd like to question the very idea of Solicitation 140L26-24-Q-0033 and propose an alternative referred to as “Regenerative agriculture isn’t a new concept; it’s simply reverting to what the land was originally designed to do. ”

The Government is not looking at changing this contract to regenerative agriculture at this time. Thank you for your comments.

6 Is the site accessible for a visit on the weekend?

The two sites are accessible any day of the week. Both Sites have a designated parking area.

The Northern Project is located directly adjacent to the parking area. The Souhtern Poject is about a 0.25 mile walk from the parking area (Although you can see the project area from the parking area). Both sites will be open to equipment access once mowing operation begin.
