STATEMENT OF WORK

Patient Monitors

1. Introduction: The Patient Monitors are utilized during surgeries and operation under sedation to provide comprehensive patient information to the doctor.

2. Background: The Wright-Patterson AFB Dental Clinic requires six (6) monitors to replace outdated/broken equipment. Average surgical patient encounters are approximately 220 cases per month. We do not refer patient’s off-base for any surgical procedures.

3. Delivery Date: As Soon As Possible

4. Building address: Wright Patterson Medical Center, 4881 Sugar Maple, Bldg. 830, WPAFB, OH 45433, Area A

5. Minimum Requirements:

· Size – The monitor must have a screen which is 12” to 15”, easy to read with high visual clarity, a display and controls which are easily adjusted/customizable, and programmable alarms

Design – Monitor must have ability to function on a table top, or as part of a portable rolling stand.

Performance Requirements :

· Continuous non-invasive blood pressure monitoring, continuous pulse oximetry monitoring, 3-lead EKG monitoring with rhythm analysis, end-tidal capnography/capnometry, as well as temperature recorder.

· Must have attached recorder to print vitals

· Monitor must have ability to function on a table top, or as part of a rolling stand

· Monitor must be able function both hard wired into an outlet or on battery in case of power outage or accidental cord dislodgement from wall

· This item must come with all compatible attachments including EKG lead wires, blood pressure cuffs, finger monitor for SpO2, oxygen delivery and CO2 sampling lines, thermometer, and printer apparatus.

· The monitor must have a screen which is 12” to 15”, easy to read with high visual clarity, a display and controls which are easily adjusted/customizable, and programmable alarms.

· The monitor must have the ability for it’s display to be transferred to a separate, connected device

· The monitor must be able to wiped clean with standard disinfecting wipes (Caviwipes)

Accessories – This item must come with all compatible attachments including EKG lead wires, blood pressure cuffs, finger monitor for SpO2, oxygen delivery and CO2 sampling lines, thermometer, and printer apparatus.

· Configuration – Must have ATO/ATC to be linked to hospital network.

· Installation & Testing – Delivery must be white glove turnkey, meaning that the delivery agents must deliver, unload, and unpack the equipment. Additionally, the delivery agent will remove/dispose of any packing material that came with the equipment.

· Training – One hour of training for one user and one biomedical engineer will need to be completed in person by the company representative upon delivery and installation.

· Warranty – Standard manufacturer warranty for faulty or broken parts.
