CONTRACTING OFFICER

SUBJECT: FOREIGN DISCLOSURE REVIEW, Purchase Request # FD20202000973

1. Approved for release of Unclassified Production Data to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Egypt, Germany, Finland, France, Greece, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and United Kingdom.

2. x Critical technology involved, export controlled block checked “YES”, release approved for U.S. contractors only.

3. x AMSC C: This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant government engineering activity.

4. x The award of a government contract does not negate the contractor’s responsibility to comply with export control requirements under the Arms Export Control Act

(Department of State) or the Export Administration Regulations (Department of

Commerce).

5. This PR is NOT Critical Technology and is releasable to the above listed Countries.

6. x Item is: RIB, STIFFENER, AIRCR on the A-10 Aircraft.

7. x The FDO Review will be completed when the AFMC Form 191 is submitted to the FDO along with the Technical Data to be released to a Foreign Country identified in MN #1.

8. x The Contractor shall include the substance of DFAR 252.225-7048 Export-Controlled

Items clause, including paragraph (e), in all subcontracts.
