Purchase Description
Encoder, Incremental Shaft
14 March 2016
1.0. DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall provide to the 402d Electronics Maintenance Group
(EMXG), Robins Air Force Base, 49 each Encoders, Incremental Shaft, to support the Manufactuing Squadron.
1.1. Materials.
Encoder, part # MIL157-1024AZS/S-2, 49 each
1.2. The Encoders shall be as described below.
1.2.1: Meets or exceed applicable portions of MIL-STD-810 Methods 514.3 and 516.3 1.2.2: Incremental output code of two signals phased 90 elec. deg. Apart 1.2.3: All units 100% inspected for electrical and mechanical features
1.3. Delivery shall be completed within 6 months of contract award.

3.0 GENERAL INFORMATION
3.1 Green Procurement Program (GPP): The Contractor shall comply with the Green Procurement Program in accordance with Federal (EO 13423) and DoD and AF (GPP) policy. Green Procurement is the purchase of environmentally preferable products and services. These products are preferred because they conserve resources, create less pollution and waste, or eliminate health and safety risks. The Green Procurement Program (GPP) includes these mandatory components:
• Recycled content products, also known as Comprehensive Procurement Guideline (CPG)
