Questions and Answers for FA9101-23-Q-0029 – DRMS Furniture Move

1. Are there loading docks at both locations or are all items on a 1 level location where docks are not necessary?

Answer: No loading docks at either location.

2. Are the boxes palletized or loose?

Answer: Combination of both - chairs and safes are not, individual pieces of furniture, and some pallets.

3. How far would our trucks be to the loading area/inventory - for example are there long walkways, corridors, elevators, stairs etc? or will there be easy access to the items?

Answer: There are no long walkways, corridors, elevators, stairs etc. Access should be easy to load.

4. At the delivery locations - will there be easy access into the buildings to unload or are there long walkways, elevators, etc.

Answer: There are no long walkways, corridors, elevators, stairs etc. Access should be easy to unload into an office building.

5. Must we provide the pallet jacks or does the facility have some that we can use?

Answer: Contractor must provide pallet jacks, and all equipment to load and unload.

6. Can I have the exact location for the delivery or coordinates?

Answer: There will be an escort at all times, from Holloman AFB (Bldg 1020) across the range to the RAMS site. Coordinates to the guard shack at RAMS are 33.191699, -106.5465. After the guard shack there is ~3 more miles to the final destination. All visitors must sign in/out, store all Wi-Fi enabled devices (i.e. smart watches, phones, laptops, etc.) and be escorted by the NRTF personnel.
