Seymour Johnson, NC Sol # FA8773-14-R-0033 Questions from Vendor – 23 June 2014 Q1. Per App 10, Requirement 10.3.3 Local Exchange Digital (ISDN PRI) Trunks, 6 PRIs are installed at Bldg 3200, 1630 Goodson St, Seymour-Johnson AFB NC 27532. It appears that the first five PRIs are provisioned in one trunk group and the sixth PRI is provisioned in a second trunk group for outbound only. Is this correct?
A1. No, There are 6 Pri only one trunk group and they are terminated in Bldg 2904 1295 JABARA Ave Seymour Johnson AFB NC 27531
Q2. Requirement 10.8. 911/E911 Services
Q2a. What is meant by “shall be routed directly to…the base Fire Department.” Does that mean that calls will make use of the “local city of county emergency services” 9-1-1 system, or are they asking for specific alternate routing within our network when 9-1-1 is dialed?
A2a. Base handles their own 911 calls, All Commercials numbers, when dialing 911 are routed to the local city 911 centers and then are sent he Base 911 center from the city.
Q2b. Have all of the addresses on the base been incorporated into the city of county 9-1-1 Master Street Address Guide (MSAG)?
A2b. Yes.
Q2c. For locations on base identified only by building and/or room that are not incorporated in the MSAG, are those addresses acceptable as is, if routed using a fixed lat/long on the base?
A2c. They are acceptable as is.
Q2d. If the AFB PBX is routing base-originated 911 calls to a base Emergency Call Center on base, does this center have its own 911 database to support all the addresses on the base?
A2d. Yes.
Q3. What are your PRI alternate routing requirements, if any?
A3. None.
Q4. Per the Trunking Traffic Study/Analysis Report section of Schedule B, City Trunk Traffic Analysis Study with Reports and Higher Bandwidth Transport Circuit Traffic Analysis Study, DS1 and Higher with Reports are required. Will Inbound/Outbound Call Detail Reports by DID number meet this requirement?
A4. Yes.
Q5. What is the Invoice Reconciliation Report in Schedule B?
A5. It basically lists each circuit and what charges are associated with each circuit breaking down the billing.
Q6. Are the addresses listed in the RFP the addresses where the PRI’s will be installed? Confirm the addresses for two PRI’s at

A6a. Correct.
