Question #1: Please provide access to the existing construction drawings for the auditorium space, specifically the electrical, technology, specialty, reflected ceiling, floor, and wall elevation sheets.
Answer: For technical and electrical specs a site visit and meeting with the proper teams will be necessary.
Question #2: What is the throw distance of each video projector?
Answer: Room dimensions: 48ft x 46ft Ceiling height: 16ft 10” Dual screen dimensions: 13.5ft x 12ft for both screens Throw distance is 43-45ft Single screen 16.2ft x 12ft Throw distance is 46ft.
Question #3: What is the expected resolution of the video projectors (e.g., 4k, WUXGA, etc)?
Answer: 4k would be preferred
Question #4: What are the dimensions of the three existing projection screens?
Answer: They are dual screen and single screen.
Question #5: How many microphones are required?
Answer: Using the existing Microphones there are 5. 2 handheld. 2 lapel. 1 podium. We would like 2 ceiling or drop down beamforming microphones. Refer to PWS Amendment 1 dated 6/7/2023
Question #6: What form factor (mounted, handheld, or worn)?
Answer: Ceiling Mounted and Handheld mics
Question #7: Is a mute switch and indicator light required?
Answer: Not required but preferred on the control system.
Question #8: How many concurrent audio and video sources will be employed? Please provide a list (e.g., PTZ Camera #1, PTZ Camera #2, BYOD #1, Government Computer #1)?
Answer: 2 PTZ cameras, 1 BYOD, and 1 podium computer. 4 Devices.
