Questions & Answers Document No. 2 Q: Can the Government waive the requirement for the detection of biological agents?
A: The Government will not waive the detection of biological agents as it is identified as one of the Dept. of Homeland security requirements:
Narcotics Soaked paper, Suboxone, Fentanyl, K2, Oxycodone, cocaine, methamphetamines
Powders Anthrax, ricin, bleach, and hoaxes like sugar or baking soda
Liquids Drugs, Kerosene & fuels, Muriatic & acids, Mercury & hazards
Chemical Poisonous vapors, aerosols, liquids, and solids
Biological Infectious diseases with the potential to spread
Radiological High-energy radiation materials that have adverse health effects
Contraband Items prohibited in courts or corrections facilities: stamps, utensils, etc.
Illicit Items Weapons, firearm components, electronics, smuggled items
Nuclear Explosive devices utilizing a nuclear reaction
Explosives Improvised explosive devices (IED), pipe bombs, and related threats Q: Will the Government accept 252.225-7021 Trade Agreements?
A: TAA does not apply under small business set aside solicitations.
Q: Will the Government accept delivery 90 days After Receipt of Order (ARO)?
A: Yes, the Government will accept delivery 90 days ARO.
