STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES

FOR

STAND-OFF PRECISION GUIDED MUNITIONS (SOPGM) AND PRECISION STRIKE CAPABILITY PRODUCTS AND SUPPORT

1.0 SCOPE

1.1 Background

Precision Strike Capability includes:

· Battle Management System (BMS)

· SOPGMs and other payloads delivered in launch tubes or by other means from various contractors and the DoD inventory

· Guns

· Multiple carriage & release systems adaptable to a large variety of platforms

· Sensors and command and control components to effectively employ strike capability This effort will procure selected products for use in precision strike capability and support for integration, test, and operations of precision strike components and systems on new and existing platforms.

1.2 Overall Objective

Procure selected products for use in precision strike capability and provide support for integration, test, and operations of precision strike components and systems on new and existing platforms.

2.0 PRODUCTS AND SUPPORT

2.1 Products: The contractor shall deliver the following products as required by separately placed delivery orders.

2.1.1 The contractor shall deliver Common Launch Tubes (CLTs) within 120 days after receipt of order (ARO) at quantities up to 30 per order.

2.1.2 The contractor shall deliver Multi-Munition Common Launch Tubes (MMCLTs) within 120 days ARO in quantities up to 30 per order.

2.1.3 The contractor shall deliver winged mass simulants within 60 days ARO in quantities up to 10 per order.

2.1.4 The contractor shall deliver mass simulants within 60 days ARO in quantities up to 10 per order.

2.1.5 The contractor shall deliver large munition launcher containers (CNUs) and tool kits each with sufficient support items to support a 1x2 stack of the CNUs within 120 days ARO in quantities up to 10 per order.

2.1.6 The contractor shall deliver small munition launcher containers (CNUs) and tool kits each with sufficient support items to support a 1x2 stack of the CNUs within 120 days ARO in quantities up to 10 per order.

2.1.7 The contractor shall deliver pylons within 120 days ARO in quantities up to 10 per order.

2.1.8 The contractor shall deliver munition storage racks within 60 days ARO in quantities up to 5 per order.

2.1.9 The contractor shall deliver munition stray voltage checkers within 60 days ARO in quantities up to 10 per order.

2.1.10 The contractor shall deliver ammo bags within 90 days ARO in quantities up to 50 per order.

2.1.11 The contractor shall deliver load trainers within 60 days ARO in quantities up to 10 per order.

2.1.12 The contractor shall deliver Javelin class rocket motor for test use within 60 days ARO in quantities up to 10 per order.

2.1.13 The contractor shall deliver Griffin B class launchers within 90 days ARO in quantities up to 10 per order.

2.1.14 The contractor shall deliver Griffin B class vehicle mounts within 60 days ARO in quantities up to 10 per order.

2.1.15 The contractor shall deliver SOPGM paratroop and cargo door stands within 60 days ARO in quantities up to 5 per order.

2.1.16 The contractor shall deliver M-299 launcher adaptors within 60 days ARO in quantities up to 30 per order.

2.2 Support:

2.2.1 The contractor shall support installation, test, and operation of precision strike capability on Government specified platforms.

2.2.2 The contractor shall provide test assets (including aircraft) to support test of and training with precision strike capability.

2.2.3 The contractor shall provide precision strike component spares and replacement units, repairs and field support for test, training, and operations.

2.2.4 The contractor shall provide precision strike component and system technical data and training.

2.2.5 The contractor shall provide shipment of precision strike components, systems, and test assets in support of their assembly, installation, test, and use in operational training and deployment.

2.2.6 The contractor shall conduct analysis and test to obtain and retain Nonnuclear Munitions Safety Board (NNMSB) and airworthiness certifications of precision strike components and systems.

2.2.7 The contractor shall maintain configuration control on delivered products and tech data and products and installations designated by the Government.
