MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR

Motion Capture System 6 Oct 15

GENERAL

This specification lists the requirements to purchase a motion system for general purpose data collection.

(1) The system shall consist of at least 8 cameras, each capable of capturing images of spatial resolution 1920 pixels by 1080 at 80 frames per second. The system shall also be capable of capturing images of spatial resolution 600 pixels by 320 pixels at 1000 frames per second, minimum.

(2) The system shall include a video processing unit, with a minimum of 1.0 Terabyte storage, keyboard, mouse, and applicable motion capture control software.

(3) The system shall include 3-D ProAnalyst Professional Edition motion analysis software package or equivalent, and a workstation license.

(4) The system shall include 50 mm lenses mountable on each camera.

(5) Three portable LED light kits (each including 2 LED lights and appropriate mounting hardware), or equivalent.

(6) Each camera shall include 20-foot-long cables, power supplies, and AC adapters.

(7) Provide one day of training at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio for 8 people and provide all training material within 30 days after delivery. Provide two copies of the operational manual.

(8) The camera system shall include a carrying case.

(9) The camera system shall include camera control and capture software.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

The customer shall receive all components no later than 6 months after contract award.

DELIVERY

The contractor shall deliver hardware to the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) at WPAFB, OH no later than 6 months after contract award.

WARRANTY

Free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal and proper use in accordance with instructions in the maintenance manual, for the period of time of at least one year after receipt.
