Medical Radiation Physicist Solicitation Number: FA8601-15-T-0211
1. Is there an incumbent currently performing this work?
a. Yes, there is an incumbent.
2. Could you please provide the incumbent contract number?
a. FA8601-12-C-0294
3. How will travel to off-site Government meetings, conferences, professional development seminars be reimbursed?
a. There is no long distance travel involved to where reimbursement would be necessary.
4. Would the Government please clarify what the quote should entail other than a price for the requested labor category and completed clauses?
a. Proposals will be determined based on the best value to the Government.
Evaluation factors are technical capability and price, with technical capability being more important than price. The proposal must include evidence of technical capability and state how the Contractor will meet the requirements of the Performance Work Statement. The Government has the sole discretion to determine technical capability based on the proposal documentation. See the solicitation Amendment to include the Performance Work Statement.
5. What is the start date and what is the Period of Performance?
a. The start date is September 20, 2015
6. How many hours per week?
a. 32 hours
