Purchase Description Altium Designer 08 October 2019

1.0. DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall provide to the 402d Electronics Maintenance Group (EMXG)/MXDEK, Robins Air Force Base the following items: ten (10) new seats of Altium Designer Perpetual Commercial License and ten (10) new seats of Altium Designer Commercial Subscription.

1.1. Included items:

1.1.1. 10 ea: PN 14-000-1-C. Altium Designer Perpetual Commercial License: Altium

Designer Private Server Commercial Single Site 12 Month.

1.1.2. 10 ea: PN 14-004-1-BC. Altium Designer Commercial Subscription: Altium

Designer Private Server Commercial Single Site 12 Month subscription Term.

1.2. Delivery of CDs or DVDs. Disks must include ability to install on a network with no internet connection.

2.0 DELIVERY: The Contractor shall provide delivery 14 days ARO to the following address:

3.0 AFFIRMATIVE PROCUREMENT PROGRAM (APP):

3.1 In accordance with FAR 23.404(b)(1), 100% of purchases of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-designated products included in the Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines (CPG) list [https://www.epa.gov/smm/comprehensive‐procurement‐ guideline‐cpg‐program] and/or United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)-designated products included in the biobased product listings [http://www.biopreferred.gov] shall, at a minimum, meet the EPA or USDA standards for recovered materials or biobased content, respectively, unless an item cannot be acquired competitively within a realistic timeframe, meet appropriate performance standards, and/or be acquired at a reasonable price.

3.2 In accordance with FAR 23.404(a)(iii), the Contractor shall provide estimates and verification of recovered material for EPA-designated CPG products and certification for both EPA-designated CPG products and USDA-designated biobased products. In accordance with the Robins Air Force Base, Georgia / Green Procurement Program (GPP) Plan, the Contractor shall provide estimates and certifications to the Government for completion of the applicable attachment(s) to be included in the Purchase Request (PR) package.
