Solicitation Number: FA8307-16-R-0148 Notice Type: Sources Sought Synopsis Title: Purchase Innovative Computer Engineering Equipment OEM: Innovative Computer Engineering CAGE Code: 470W9 NAICS Code: 334513
AFLCMC/HNCK Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division, Contracting Branch Joint Base San Antonio - Lackland TX, is seeking vendors to purchase 3 each SyncronICE Clock and Timing Distribution Chassis (p/n ICE-1U-CLKPPS-DST-093) and 22 each ICE PIC7 Digital Signal Processor (DSP) Cards (p/n ICE-PIC7). The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is known to be Innovative Computer Engineering, Inc.

The above listed item is considered a commercial item as defined under “Commercial Item” in FAR 2.101 Para (1).
This is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for this requirement. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within five (5) days of this publication at AFLCMC.HNCKI.CONTRACTING@US.AF.MIL. In subject line of email, please write Innovative Computer Engineering, Inc. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small disadvantaged, 8 (a) or woman owned business, whether they are located in the U.S. or foreign owned and if they can provide items on an existing contract vehicle.
The NAICS contemplated for this requirement is 334513 with a size standard of 750.

An AFLCMC Ombudsman has been appointed to consider and facilitate the resolution of concerns from offerors, potential offerors, and others for this acquisition. Before consulting the Ombudsman concerned parties should first address their concerns, issues, disagreements, and/or recommendation to the Contracting Officer for resolution.
