b. VOLUME II: TECHNICAL
1. APPROVED SOURCE CERTIFICATION
Page Limit: None
A. Competition to fulfill the requirements represented in this solicitation is restricted to technically pre-qualified, “Approved Sources” offerors.
Attachment APPROVED_SOURCES.pdf identifies those offerors that are currently considered technically pre-qualified, “approved source” offerors.
B. Only offerors that are identified on the APPROVED_SOURCES.pdf attachment that have maintained the technical ability to perform the requirement(s) identified in this solicitation since receiving “approved source” status for said requirement(s) shall complete and submit the certification on the APPROVED_SOURCES.pdf attachment.

c. VOLUME III: PAST PERFORMANCE
Please omit VOLUME III: PAST PERFORMANCE. The contractor shall not submit past performance data. The government will assemble sufficient past performance data from DCMA offices, CPARS, PPIRS, or other government data bases; and/or other sources. The government shall not be limited in its search of past performance data.
