STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

WIRING HARNESS/KIT ASSEMBLIES IDIQ

For

USAF F-16 ASQ-236

INTRODUCTION

Purpose The purpose of this task order is to provide the U.S. Air Force build-to-specification ASQ-236 kits NSN: TBD consisting of wiring harness loose wire assemblies (LWA) and incidental parts to support USAF F-16 ASQ-236 installation.

Objective/Scope The objective of this effort is to award one delivery order to provide low cost and rapid delivery of a Kit proof/first article ASQ-236 Harness kit NSN: TBD with production ASQ-236 Kits upon completion of the kit proofs.

Kit Proof / first article ASQ-236 Kit NSN: TBD will be provided and bought off by the Government based on the delivery schedule prior to the start of the production kits being produced.

Production ASQ-236 kits will begin upon acceptance of the First Article/Kit proof to build 220 ASQ-236 Kit NSN: TBD. The production Kits will be built on the updated Tech Packages which will be provided after installation of the kit proof kit defined in 1.2.2, changes involved will include updated harness identifiers and markings, Harness Break outs, and any minor Length changes that are determined during the kit proof install.

The contractor shall build ASQ-236 kits IAW specifications and standards called out in the Technical Data Package provided by the government to the Contractor.

CONTRACTOR TASKING / REQUIREMENTS

Contractor Specific Requirements The Contractor shall order/build all required parts to the specification provided in the attached Technical Data Packages from the government.

The Contractor shall build and deliver all ASQ-236 kits per 1.2.2, 1.2.3, and 1.2.4 instructions provided in the Technical Data Package from the government.

The contractor shall start building the production kits after receipt of the updated Tech data package which will include all updates and corrections form the kit proof install, no later than 15 business days after install of kit proof kit but may be sooner.

Quality Assurance Plan The Contractor shall comply with SAE AS9100, AS9102 and 16PR145 as a minimum. The contractor shall include inspection, validation, evaluation, corrective action and procedures necessary to ensure quality of all products provided under this contract.

The Contractor shall allow inspection by the Government which includes but not limited to prime and subcontractor members of the Contractor's team, as appropriate.

Quality Assurance shall demonstrate that the government’s designs are adhered to and that material used conforms to the approved designs/drawings provided in the Technical Data Package by the government. (CDRL A001) First Article There is a first article kit for this effort. Both kits will be in support of a Kit Proof; however the contractor shall not produce the production kits until after Government approval of the first kit’s installation and inspection. The Government will have 15 days after installation of the Kit proof to inform the Contractor of acceptance or rejection. (CDRL A004) In the event of rejection, the Contractor will be notified in writing by the Government of the specific reasons why the part was rejected. Unless otherwise specified the Contractor shall have 5 workdays to correct the rejected part and resubmit to the Government for re-inspection.

Documentation of test(s) performed on each harnesses assembly per 16PR145 shall be supplied upon request. (CDRL A002) Packaging and Shipping Contractor shall ensure all parts/kits be packaged separately so as to prevent damage to part features and finishes during shipment.

The Contractor shall ensure the harnesses and kits shall be labeled and shipped properly identified per instructions provided in the Contract (i.e. CLIN for Kit NSN, Ship To DoDAAC and delivery address notes). (CDRL A003)

The Government reserves the right to return parts to vendor at the vendor’s expense if it is determined that damage occurred before delivery due to negligence of the vendor.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Delivery Schedule The Contractor shall deliver the Kit proof Kits NLT 45 days after Milestone 1 in Para 3.1.5.

The Contractor shall begin delivery of production kits at a rate of 20 per month outlined in SOW Para 3.1.5.

The Contractor shall provide a monthly status report until final production delivery. (CDRL A002, A003) Contract Deliverable Requirements Lists. (CDRLs)
