Regarding Solicitation FA8224-19-Q-A014.
The assigned Trendway (furniture factory) designer had a few questions, please see below :
Page 3 states there should have been an isometric included. Pls request that, I do not see in docs
· Did we provide an overall layout as indicated on page 3, “See attachment 1 for plan view and isometric layout of each typical workstation, along with description of sizes and components to be included.”? The layout has the isometric layout in top right corner.
Required product description states see attached systems furniture layout, again I don’t see that if they meant overall layout only typical 2D
• See bullet above..
Panel thickness states 2.5” thick, can we do 2" thick.
• Panel thickness discussed was 2.5” thickness Nothing listed about feeds.? Power Poles will add significantly to pricing but no clue how many to include. Attach 1 does appear to show one in the drawing but SOW does not say anything about including.
• We asked for 20 power poles, 6 would be extra, with 14 of them having power feeds from above.
Pls confirm Typical 3 description states 24x48 WS and drawing shows 24x36
• Drawing is correct, 24” x 72” and 24” x 36” Can you confirm the amount of furniture that has to be dissembled and disposed of. Also how much existing furniture has to be stair carried out of the building ?
• SOW section 3.5.6: “(Up to 45 total work stations)” There are 15 stairs to room 252.
