Contract Line Item Number 0001: Flight Test Support, Firm Fixed Price (FFP)

Contract Line Item Number 0002: Engineering Services, FFP

Contract Line Item Number 0003: Aging & Surveillance Testing, FFP

Contract Line Item Number 0004: Travel, Cost Reimbursable

Contract Line Item Number 0005: Data, NSP

The agency intends to award a Sole Source contract to a Smart Munitions Expert Solutions, the reason for lack of competitions is

1. The government does not own the technical data rights to this system.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
