· Able to designate RFID basket for removal by pharmacist only due to required patient consultation.

· System must be able to securely store the bin randomly in any available RFID cell. The bin must be easily located and retrieved within the cabinet by utilizing a light system to indicate the bin(s) to be pulled.
· The system must combine standard RFID tags with proprietary RFID readers, unique lockable cabinets, storage drawers and a computerized data tracking software to make the operation more accurate, secure and efficient.

· If the wrong prescription is chosen the system will alarm and will freeze until a system administrator reset the system.
· Another additional feature is the ability to lock an RFID cabinet that stores controlled substances until it ready for pickup.
· The System must be interfaced with the Vista program to document patient pick up, lot # and expiration dates of medication(s) and supplies dispensed by the pharmacy. The extra precautions built into the system need to prevent the incorrect medication(s)/supplies being dispensed to the patient.
