Text version

Q1. In the event that the contractor determines a unit needs repair work (in the first 30 days per the PWS) and the govt does not perform the repair work, or the work is delayed resulting in a unit that is sub-standard, what are the parameters regarding emergency and routine call outs and maintenance? The PWS does not currently address what happens with units found to be in less than acceptable condition.

A1. Equipment that is not brought to standard will not be the contractor’s responsibility, until such a time that the equipment is brought to the required standard.
