About this file

This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation for a TF33 Work Platforms Test, Teardown, and Evaluation contract (Solicitation Number FA812625Q0014) issued by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center. The amendment primarily updates contract provisions and clauses, specifically removing Provision 52.222-25 Affirmative Action Compliance and replacing several standard clauses with updated March 2025 versions that incorporate changes from Executive Orders 14173 and 14168 and Class Deviation 2025-O0003.

The amendment modifies the contract's representation and certification requirements, updating sections related to small business representations, veterans, disabled veteran-owned businesses, and various compliance statements. Key changes include updates to clauses regarding telecommunications equipment prohibitions, child labor restrictions, equal opportunity requirements, and other federal procurement regulations. The amendment does not appear to change the fundamental scope of work for the TF33 Work Platforms Test, Teardown, and Evaluation contract, but ensures the solicitation complies with the most current federal contracting standards and executive order requirements.
