17S001 Structo-Crete Structural Concrete Sub-Floor Panels

76 MXSG is requesting 473 each 4’ x 8’ x ¾” USG Structo‐Crete Structural Concrete Subfloor

Panels meeting the following specifications:

4’ x 8’ x ¾”, Tongue and Groove, 175 lb Max Weight

Moment capacity: (3/4" (19mm) thick panel) ASTM C1185, Sec. 5 1,585 lb‐in/ft (588 N‐m/m)

Bending stiffness: (3/4" (19mm) thick panel) ASTM C1185, Sec. 5 315,000 lb‐in2/ft (3kN‐m2/m)

Concentrated load: ASTM E661 550 lbs (2.45 kN) static, 0.108" (2.7mm) max. Deflection @ 200 lbs (0.89 kN)

Fasteners: Lateral resistance ASTM D1761, Sec. 10.2 > 210 lbf (0.93 kN) dry > 160 lbf (0.71 kN) wet
