ITEM DESCRIPTION: Articulating Boom Lift

One (1) Articulating boom lift that meets the following specifications:

1. Unit shall have a platform height of at least 125 ft.

2. Unit shall have a platform size of at least 3 ft. X 8 ft.

3. Unit shall have ground clearance of at least 1 ft.

4. Unit shall have vertical jib rotation of at least 110 degrees.

5. Unit shall have horizontal job rotation of at least 125 degrees.

6. Unit shall have an up and over height of at least 60 ft.

7. Unit shall have a horizontal outreach of at least 63 ft.

8. Unit shall have extendable axels.

9. Unit shall have outer turning radius no greater than 24 ft. 1 in. (extended)

10. Unit shall have outer turning radius no greater than 28 ft. 1 in. (retracted)

11. Unit shall have 360 degree continuous swing type.

12. Unit shall have platform capacity of at least 500 lbs. (unrestricted)

13. Unit shall have platform capacity of at least 1000 lbs. (restricted)

14. Unit shall have grade ability of at least 45%

15. Unit shall be 4WD and have speeds of at least 3 mph.

16. Unit shall have hydraulic reservoir capacity of at least 53 gallons

17. Unit shall have fuel tank capacity of at least 30 gallons

18. Unit shall have a diesel, Tier 4, 74 hp. engine type.

19. Unit shall have foam filled tires

20. Unit shall have external fall protection that meets ANSI
