SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES
CLIN 0002
The CLIN extended description has changed from CYCOM 919/120 38" BMS 8-169 Rev. H Type 181 to CYCOM 919/120 38" BMS 8-169 Rev. H Type 120.
The following have been modified:
52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (OCT 2014)
(a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
Cycom 919/7781 38” BMS 8-169 Revision H Type 181, Quantity 800yds.
Cycom 919/120 38” BMS 8-169 Revision H Type 120, Quantity 800yds.
Cycom 4012A/7781 38” BMS8-80 Revision V Type VI Form A, Quantity 800yds.
Cycom 919 K285 38” BMS8-264 Revision M Type I Style 285, Quantity 800yds.
Dry Ice and Temp Recorders
All offerors will be evaluated for technical acceptability, deemed either acceptable or unacceptable according to the requirements in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Only technically acceptable offers will be considered for award.
Evaluation Criteria:
1) Technical Acceptabilty
2) Price
Factors 1 and 2, when combined, are of equal importance.
(b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
