TINKER AIR FORCE BASE OKLAHOMA

Statement of Requirement / Item Description

Rev. 1 – 26 August 2020

Heavy Work Tables

Three (3) 48”D x 144”W x 36”H Table Requirements:

1. Welded Construction, casters may bolt on. Horizontal mounting plate.

2. Must be delivered fully assembled or shipped without casters and assembled onsite at time of delivery.

3. Legs made from 3”x3” 3/16” wall or thicker steel tubing, at least 6 total legs.

4. Cross members made from at least 2”x4” 14 gauge or thicker steel tubing and no more than

16” apart.

5. Heavy Duty Thermo-Plastic Urethane 5” or 6” casters, 2” wide, with brake and swivel lock installed on each leg.

6. Bottom Shelf directly above wheels, reaching full length and width, and be able to support

500lbs uniformly.

7. Must be able to support at least 3,000lbs uniformly distributed.

8. 1-1/4” to 1-1/2” plywood surface (can be created by laminating 2 sheets of plywood) with

Grade A surface upright. Broken edge no more than 1/8” round.

9. ¾” plywood surface for bottom shelf with Grade A surface upright

10. Painted Enamel or Powder Coated: Black, White or Blue (Wood Surfaces left unpainted)

11. Custom Truck Loading and packing. Unloading must be able to be accomplished with a forklift with 4’ or 6’ forks. Packaging is any dunnage, carpet, packing materials or other supplies required to protect the items from any damage during shipping.

Six (6) 48"D x 48"W x 36"H Table Requirements:

3. Legs made from 3”x3” 3/16” wall or thicker steel tubing, at least 4 total legs.

4. Cross members made from 1”x4” or 1”x3” 14 gauge or thicker steel tubing and no more than

16” apart.

5. Heavy Duty Thermo-Plastic Urethane 5” or 6” casters, 2” wide, with brake and swivel lock installed on each leg.

6. Bottom Shelf directly above wheels, reaching full length and width, and be able to support

500lbs uniformly.

7. Must be able to support at least 3,000lbs uniformly distributed.
