Commodity Item Description for the A18-074 Power Washer

The 76 AMXG requires the purchase of Fourteen (14) Industrial All-Electric High Pressure/Hot Water Wash-Power washer units with the following features:

• Deliver 4 to 5 Gallons Per Minute with Continuous Heat.

• Output Pressure 3000 PSI (At the output hose connection).

• Output Temp range 120F to 210F (At the output hose connection).

• Detergent injector.

• Pistol grip, trigger shut off gun.

• 3/8" x 100' (0.95cm * 30m) High pressure hose.

• Hose reel bolted to unit.

• Two Wash Tips 25 degree & 40 degrees angles Flat fan spray nozzles (Male size

0.375 Treaded)

• 480V/3Ph/60Hz.

• 20 Ft Main Pwr Cable Appleton ACP1034CD Plug (direct cross for Crouse-Hinds

APJ10487 Plug).

• Watertight main electrical enclosure with On/Off controls and indicator lights for the electric motor and heating element Hour meter.

• Gauges: Temperature gauges & Pressure gauges.

• Circuit Breaker protection for Motor, Primary Transformer and Heating element.

• Switches: High temperature limit and Water flow.

• Pressure relief valve.

• Heavy duty steel frame fully welded, powder coat paint, Forklift lifting eyes.

• Indicators: Hour meter and shutdown timer.

• Wheel kit (4) swivel locking casters.

• Triplex, ceramic plunger pump.

• Hydroblend Scale Inhibitor.

• . ETL certified to UL1776, UL 508A, CSA 22.2 No. 68 and CSA C22.2.

• No. 14 Standards. Meets the National Electric Code (NEC), the Canadian Electric

Code (CEC), and complies with OSHA Regulation 1910.303(a).
