SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES/COSTS

A COST PLUS FIXED FEE TYPE CONTRACT IS CONTEMPLATED FOR THIS ENGINEERING SERVICES EFFORT.

(a) The purpose of this contract is to procure ENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES for the F-15, F-16, and A-10 aircraft fleets.

(b) The contractor shall provide engineering services for non-recurring activities relating to the aircraft platforms listed above. This effort is to develop and qualify design improvements to the PBG Oxygen Regulator Field Tester (tester) to resolve obsolescence issues and increase its usability, reliability, and accuracy. The project will include development of the design improvements, demonstration of their effectiveness, qualification of the new design, updates to Government technical orders (TOs) and illustrated parts breakdowns (IPBs), and updates to Regulator Test Stand (RTS) software. The Contractor shall also update all internal technical documentation accordingly to support fielding of the design updates in accordance with requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

(2) DoD is unable to receive a payment request or provide acceptance in electronic form;
