Sources Sought Synopsis Tinker Air Force Base Protocol and public affairs support 29 January 2015 In accordance with FAR 10.001 and FAR 19.202-2, the government is conducting market research to find socioeconomic firms capable of satisfying this requirement. Large businesses should not respond to this inquiry. This sources sought synopsis (SSS) shall not be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any product or service. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Submission of any information in response to this SSS is completely voluntary, and costs associated with any submission shall not be reimbursed by the Government.

The purpose of this effort is to provide STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS WING ONE (SCW-1) Protocol and Public Affairs support. The effort will be providing assistance with Protocol and Public Affairs for SCW-1 in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 541820 – Public Relations Agencies, with a size standard of $15M.

Interested firms are requested to provide the following information:

1) General Information about your firm (Company Name, Address, Point of Contact with Telephone and FAX numbers and E-mail address, GSA Schedule Number (if applicable), Cage Code, DUNS Number, Tax ID Number);

2) Capability Statement (company overview, qualifications, past performance).

Responses to this SSS are due to the government no later than 12 February 2015 at 1:00PM CST to Kimberly DeLong at kimberly.delong2@us.af.mil and Chito Bong F. Carabeo at chito.carabeo.ph@us.af.mil.

Interested parties are urged to monitor the official Government Point of Entry, Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of interested parties to check this site regularly for any changes or updates. The FBO website can send automatic alerts when a notice is posted meeting established criteria.
