Questions and Answers
1. Is there a detailed explanation of the styles requested or sample images of the shirt descriptions available?
a. The styles needed must meet the manufacturer part number on the solicitation or the specifications below:
i. All fabric shall be lightweight, breathable, moisture wicking and odor resistant; long sleeve “over the head” style with a semi-tight fit that eliminates bunching or riding up under armor; right & left sleeves shall contain: Air Force Digital Tiger Stripe Camouflage Print, hook and loop cuff closures, anti-abrasion padded elbow patches, two-channel flapped pen pocket on both forearms secured by hook & loop fastener tape, zippered shoulder pockets with 6-1/4 inch opening for all sizes (opening toward front of arm); right shoulder pocket must accommodate hook & loop name tape and rank insignia; fastener tape dimensions: loop fastener for name tape shall be 1 inch wide x 5-1/2 inches long, loop fastener for the rank patch shall be 2 inches wide x 2 inches long; torso & mock turtle neck shall be AF Sage Green 1641 (match color in Tiger Stripe Green) or Army Foliage Green 504; modesty panel covering chest area; NIR is not required.
1. Suggested mesh knitted material for torso and/or mock turtle neck collar are: Cotton, polyester, spandex, blends, or other mesh knitted cloth.
2. Suggested material for sleeves are: Cotton, rayon, nylon, spandex, blends, or other knitted cloth.
3. Suggested non-mesh knitted material to be used in addition to or instead of the material for torso and/or mock turtle neck collar are: Cotton, rayon, polyester, spandex, blends or other knitted cloth.
4. Suggested material to be used as the backing material and an interfacing for the forearm pocket and shoulder pocket to reinforce the structure shall be woven cloth.
b. Combat Shirt Sizing Requirements: The combat shirt shall be available in the following sizes and should generally fit the dimensions listed with each size.

2. Are the shirts unisex, men, or women?
a. The shirts are unisex.
3. Is there a specific format the format the quote needs to be submitted in?
a. There is no specific format the quote needs to be in. The quote needs to detail price per unit for each shirt requested and total price as well as explain how the shirts provided meet the manufacturer part number or equal specifications as provided in question 1 of this Q&A.
4. Is there a prior award available to review?
a. This is the first requirement for this item so there are no previous contract awards.

5. Some of the shirts will be new with tags but will come from surplus. Is that OK?
a. As long as the shirts all meet required specifications and are new with tags, it is acceptable if they are sourced from surplus.
6. Where is the place of delivery for this requirement?

7. What is the difference between Line Items 0001 - 0006 - MCMS00001-MULCM-V54MIL Line Items 0007 - 0010 - MCMS00029-MULCM-MIL Line Items 0011 - 0014 - MCMS00020-TIGER-TYPEII.
a. The difference is the sizes of the shirt. Each manufacturer part number has the size of shirt after the item number.
