The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, parts, and transportation to provide a rolling shelves storage system for storage of mission support equipment and deployment packages, inclusive of installation on site.

Description:

12 ft x 48 ft (365cm x 1463cm) crank assisted rolling shelving unit, consisting of 9-10 shelving units.

Shelves shall be 8 ft (244cm) tall, with 4 adjustable shelves and a fixed top and bottom shelf.

The shelves shall be 56 inches (143cm) deep per unit with one side of 36 inches (91cm) deep and the other to be 20 inches (51cm) deep. Each shelf should be capable of holding 500 lbs (227 kg).

The unit shall be installed in a building with a concrete floor, along the outer wall of the larger room in the building, not to extend past the personnel door that is 55 ft (1676cm) from the end of the building. An HVAC unit is located in the corner and needs 7 ft (210cm) of clear space around it.

Access for a forklift is available at the end of the building, through a 14 ft (427cm) wide roll-up door.

Forklift is not provided. Attached diagram shows a layout of the building and desired installation area, as well as a breakdown of shelves appearance.

All measurements must be verified by contractor prior to building the unit. All necessary tools and materials for installation will be provided by the contractor.

Measurements may be modified to fit standard sizing, but need to be verified with user prior to submittal to verify that they are acceptable.

Contractor shall submit detailed drawings with their quotation, which include dimensions and capacities.
