1. Q: Does the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation under solicitation number FA5613-16-Q-0003 contain requirements similar to a current contract? If possible, please provide the current contract number. Or, is this a new requirement for the government?

A: This is a follow-on requirement to the existing Purchase Order No. FA5613-14-P-8280. The requirement is similar.

2. Q: Regarding Attachment 1, Pricing Schedule, CLIN 2001. Given the only 6 month period of performance, can the Government please confirm the Quantity of 309 units given that the total per year for the previous 2 years is only 445 units?

A: For the 2nd option period the quantity changed from 309 to 260 units. Please see attached the Amendment 1 and the revised pricing schedule. Please resend the revised pricing schedule, if you have already sent a quote to contracting.

3. Q: Regarding PWS para 3. Work hours/days. The PWS states that there are 4 units per day (0800, 1000, 1300, and 1500) and that 'A unit shall consist of a pre-scheduled four hour block of time.

The PWS goes on to state 'It is estimated that 10 units will be required per week; services will normally be required five days a week.' Can the Government please clarify if the requirement is 2 four hour units per day for 5 days per week or 4 two hour units per day for 5 days a week?

A: The SOW states it is estimated that 10 units will be required per week; services will normally be required five days a week, four sessions not units daily at 0800, 1000, 1300 and 1500, and possibly one weekly evening session beginning at 1630. One unit shall consist of a pre-scheduled four hour block of time.
