1. Please confirm if the topics that you listed in your notice, including the practice exams and live online crash courses in DoD MWR Libraries.

a. The DoD MWR Libraries does not suffice in the topics that were listed in the SOW. Additionally, it is imperative that we receive live online training courses scheduled for each certification we are requesting.

2. Are you looking for courses that simply meet the requirements of official (ISC)2, CompTIA, ISACA, and Cisco Systems courseware and instructors, or are you looking for Official Certification Courseware and ISC2/ISACA endorsed and approved Instructors?

a. It does not have to be endorsed by ISC2 or ISACA, but the instructors will need to send accreditations/resume, and the course outline will need to be sent also.

3. Is the intent to hold a total of approximately 9 virtual classes from M-F between JST

a. Yes, this is correct. We are unsure of the number of students we are going to be doing per class at this time, but as mentioned, it will be approximately 2 separate sessions per course throughout one year.

4. For CCNA, is a hosted, virtual network environment required for labs? Or is the intent to use virtual simulation software such as Cisco Packet Tracer or Boson NetSim to support lab material?

a. A hosted, virtual network environment is required for labs.

5. Must these classes be official classes, or can we deliver a market equivalent class with a senior level certified instructor?

a. These classes must be official classes that the company offers with the intention of teaching all topics and descriptions mentioned in all of SOW para 3.8.

6. Do we need to submit the quote for all four courses, or we can do so for two or three courses?

a. IAW the solicitation para 13, failure to quote on all CLINs will render the quote unacceptable and ineligible for award consideration.

7. Will the award of the contract be based upon a Best Value or a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) proposal?

a. The award will be made to the lowest priced of the quotations OR offers having the highest past performance rating possible, represents the best value.
