Screen Scalper

Questions & Answers

Q1) What is the scalper deck size?

A1) The deck can be a Dual 5’-0”x7’-0” double deck or a minimum of 7’x10’ single deck. It must be able to handle a minimum of a 4 cubic yard loader bucket.

Q2) What kind of material are you dealing with?

A2) We will be dealing with the following material: broken up concrete, coral from dig sites, clay, construction debris dug up from water breaks, footer excavation material, A horizon material, base course

Q3) What is the target of Screen?

A3) We would like to be able to accept 1” minus and reject anything bigger. We want to accept the fines so we can produce good backfill material and good base course. We will also have material as big as 3’-4’ being dropped on the deck that we want to reject.

Q4) What is the bulk density of material?

A4) We will be running clay with rocks sand, sand, 1 ½” minus base course, A,B,C Horizon material, and asphalt through the machine.
