Synopsis:
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Government at this time is not seeking quotes and will not accept unsolicited quotes. Respondees are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFQ; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) or the General Services Administration (GSA) Advantage websites. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor the site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesess.
Description of Services: Contracted services shall include, but are not limited to, performing pharmaceutical dispensing, patient consultation, quality improvement and supply control duties. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, training, and qualified personnel. As it pertains, the Contractor and/or contract personnel shall perform IAW this Performance Work Statement (PWS), the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization (JCAHO), the Air Force Medical Operations Agency (AFMOA), all AF, federal and state laws, MDG and Pharmacy Instructions and local policies. These services are considered to be mission essential.
Place of Performance: the 18th Medical Group located at Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. The anticipated requirement is for 12-months starting from 1 September 2018.
Potential sources who are interested should respond via email by 4 July 2018, 0800 pm(EDT) and submit the information as follows:

NOTE: THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM THE SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
