Question 1: Is there a US Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division document available for us, the contractor, to use so we can price our labor rates?

Answer 1: No. The Service Contract Labor Standards statue does not apply to contracts performed outside the United States.

Question 2: Does this solicitation require us, the contractor, to provide Fringe Benefits?

Answer 2: No. You are not required to provide fringe benefits see answer 1.

Question 3: Can you tell us what classification of Licensed Practical Nurse to use when pricing our labor?

Answer 3: We cannot provide the applicable classification because the Service Contract Labor Standards statue does not apply to contracts performed outside the United States.

Question 4: Vendor Quote Information ,can you provide us a sample of how to complete this section? GSA information, can you provide us a sample of how to complete?

Answer 4: This is a standard table for both service and supply. If the info does not apply to your company, please indicate N/A. For GSA information, provide GSA information only if your company has GSA Schedule contract.

Question 5: Does this solicitation require us to complete a standard form 33 and submit with our proposal?

Answer 5: No, it is not required. Please refer to instructions on the RFQ, Addendum to 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items.
