FABRIC & VINYL RESTOCK QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Q: Would you kindly advise which countries are acceptable as manufacturing sources? Is
China acceptable?
A: China is acceptable
Q: Would you kindly provide an award history and sample if possible?
A: We will not be able to provide a sample, but the last time a requirement of this type was awarded, was in Fiscal Year 15 for the total amount of $353,290.00 with a significantly higher quantity.
Q: Would you verify the shipping address for the goods?
A: Please read answer below:
- Chibana Warehouse #2, Bldg 54410
Furniture Repair Shop
Okinawa, Japan
Post Code 904-2143 is the "physical" delivery address.
- 718 CES/CEHSFR
Unit 5261
APO, AP 96368-5261 is the mailing address.
Q: “CRYPTON, Maine Collection Fabric” does not have any part numbers or any other information.
A: Government has looked for a part number on various web sites and some vendors refer to the fabric as:
- Metro Marina, MET-12
- METRO Crypton Marina, CRY402
- Metro Marina, FS CRS01 METR MARI
- Metro Marina, 47000-12
There are a few manufacturers that use different "SKUs" names or part numbers to refer to similar items. Also the fabric may be referred to as "Metro" versus "Maine". What the product is called does not matter as long as it meets the same color, texture and make up of Crypton specifications.
