Statement of Objective 36 Security Forces Squadron

Main Facility, Visitor Control Center & Search Pit Waiting Area Office Furnishings

General Requirements

• Workstation connectivity must utilize existing communication wall ports and electrical outlets using shortest distance. Contractor shall provide all equipment and installation of Ethernet and telephone cabling, to include any cable raceways on walls to make connections to workstations. No telephone or Ethernet wires shall be left “hanging” or exposed wires along the walls.

• Desk layout in room will accommodate as many workstations as possible while maximizing desk work space. Contractor is responsible for ensuring layout fits designated room(s). If government’s requested items cannot be accommodated within designated room, Contractor is responsible for proposing alternative solution while maintaining number of desks/workstations requested.

• Furniture arrangement shall not impede entry/exit doors, utility panels, fire alarms, fire extinguishers, access to printer/scanner, light switches and shall meet all facility safety requirements.

• Contractor will assemble/setup on site and will be responsible for all labor, transportation, materials and equipment.

• Contractor liable for any damage caused by or due to setup. To include building facilities.

• All furniture will have a similar color, finish and appearance throughout facility.

Building 23020 Commander Support Staff (Room #102)

• 3 ea - “L” shaped freestanding desk. Room to accommodate dual monitor set up as well as under desk storage. Include minimum 2 grommet holes with inserts.( see example 6)

• Under desk storage: 2-3 Locking file cabinets per desk. One with 2 supply drawers and one file drawer, and one with two file drawers. Cabinets shall be attached to desk.

• 3 ea – Adjustable ergonomic office chairs on rollers, high back. (see sample 2)

• 3 ea – Stackable, waiting room seating, shall be cushioned for extended use 4-6 hours, with easy to clean stain resistant upholstery. (see example 5)

• Digital 5 time zone clock installation

Building 23020 Command Section (Room #103)

• 1 ea - “L” shaped freestanding desk with pedestal and privacy glass. Room to accommodate dual monitor set up as well as under desk storage. Include minimum 3 grommet holes with inserts. (see sample 11)

• Under desk storage: 2-3 Locking file cabinets per desk. One with 2 supply drawers and one file drawer, and one with two file drawers. Cabinets shall be attached to desk.

• 3 ea – Adjustable ergonomic office chairs on rollers, high back. (see sample 2)

• 2 ea Stationary task chairs (customer chair) (see sample 4)

Building 23020 Commander Office (Room #103 A)

• 1 ea – Executive office suits. Room to accommodate dual monitor. Include minimum 2 grommet holes with inserts. Suit should also include a desk, hutch, file filing and credena (see sample 9)

• File Cabinet: 2 drawer Locking file cabinets per desk. One with 1 supply drawers and one file drawer. Cabinets shall not be attached to desk.

• 1 ea – Adjustable executive office chairs on rollers, high back. (see sample 10)

• 1 ea Three seat Lounge Couch

• 4 ea Stationary task chairs (customer chair) (see sample 4)

• 1 ea Tri Oval Table

Building 23020 First Sergeant Office (Room #104)

• 1 ea - “L” shaped freestanding desk with pedestal and privacy glass. Room to accommodate dual monitor set up as well as under desk storage. Include minimum 3 grommet holes with inserts. (see sample 11)

• 1 ea Three seat Lounge Couch

Building 23020 Chief Office (Room #104)
