QUESTION ANSWER
Just inquiring if this is an ongoing requirement or a new requirement. The medical courier requirement is a recompeted requirement.
If ongoing, who is the current vendor and what was their initial contract amount?
The incumbent is Homeland Security and Management Solutions under contract number FA5240-14-P-0267.

Last Duty Day:
Delivery is from the Laboratory in the 36th Medical Group building to the US Naval
Hospital Guam

Item return location is the 36th Medical Group building
Last Duty Day:
Delivery is from the Laboratory in the 36th Medical Group building to the US Naval
Hospital Guam
In the statement of work 1.1.5. please clarify what the last bullet point means for the last run on the last duty day of each week. Is this an additional run? Does this mean on Friday of every week there will be a run at 830am at AAFB, then drop/pickup USNH, then return to
AAFB, then pickup again and then delivery back to USNH?
Monday- Friday:
Pickup location is the 36th Medical Group building
Delivery location is the US Naval Hospital Guam
Item return location is the 36th Medical Group building
Last Duty Day:
Delivery is from the Laboratory in the 36th Medical Group building to the US Naval
Hospital Guam
In the statement of work 1.1.5. the last bullet point indicates a pickup at AAFB at 515pm and then a drop of NLT 6:15pm to USNH. Is this an error? Due to the intense traffic at this time from AAFB to USNH is would be almost impossible to make that one hour time frame while travelling within the legal speed limit.
