Statement of Objectives 36 CS BICSI Training
General Requirements:
1. Contractor shall provide the 3 training courses BICSI IN225, BICSI IN250, and BICSI TE350 for up to 8 students at Andersen AFB, Guam
a. All training shall be provided by a certified BICSI instructor(s)
b. The instructor(s) shall have the authority to certify each student that meets training requirements
2. Completion of training shall result in IN225, IN250, and TE350 BICSI certifications
3. Contractor shall provide all required course material
4. Training Schedule/Dates:
a. Consecutive (all three courses in three weeks) training schedule is mandatory
b. Contractor must confirm training schedule and dates with the Government prior to start of performance
5. Contractor instrutor(s) shall provide their own transportation to and from the training location for the duration of the training (no less than 3 weeks)
6. Base access shall be coordinated with a 36 Communications Squadron representative
The following will be provided by the Government:
1. Training room (minimum of 1000 square feet, unobstructed)
2. Classroom temperature shall be between 68-74 degrees Fahrenheit
3. Sufficient table space per participant: 2 students per 6'x30" table with a comfortable chair per student
4. Instructor(s) head table and chair(s)
5. Two 6' x 30" tables at rear of room for equipment and work/demo area
6. 12’ x 4’ space at front and rear of room for training racks
