SPECIFICATIONS
Installation Barriers, Bldg. 23020, Chicago Avenue, AAFB Yigo GU 96929
SCOPE: The following purchase requisition is to add additional barriers throughout installation control points on Andersen, AFB. Each barrier will provide an additional deterrent for unauthorized access.
SCHEDULE OF WORK: Delivery of required equipment shall be accomplished within 45 - 120 calendar days from date of contract award.
INSTALLATION GATE DEFENSE REQUIREMENTS:
(1) Four hundred and fifty (450) 4000 psi concrete vehicle barriers. Barriers will meet ASTM A615-G60 reinforcing:
• Barriers will be fabricated in accordance with the Precast Concrete Institute Manuals for Quality Control of precast and pre-stressed products MNL-116 (latest edition).
• Barriers will have reflective tape at the top on both sides running the full length of the barriers.
• Barriers will have forklift holes on the bottom and holes for cabling to other barriers.
• Barriers will conform to the following dimensions and design:
