MEMORANDUM FOR ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

SUBJECT: Responses to Questions/Requests for Information Submitted FA5240-16-Q-M057:

The following questions have been submitted by interested parties. All questions and answers are included as follows:

Q1: In the SOW section titled 3,000 Gallon Settling Tank. Should the 3,000 gallon Stainless tank described in this section actually be a 300 gallon stainless tank and the 3,000 gallon tank would be the poly rain tank?

A1: It is a 300 gallon stainless steel tank and a 3,000 gallon poly rain tank. There was an extra 0 added by accident.

Q2: Does the government require a 1 year parts and labor warranty with on-site monthly preventative maintenance?

A2: Yes, we require a 1 year warranty but the company does an onsite PM to keep the warranty valid.

Q3: Does the government require the system to be fully installed onsite including off loading and placing of the components?

A3: Yes.

Q4: Please confirm if the filtration system is to be provide built into a 20' equipment enclosure to protect it from the elements?

A4: Yes that is correct.

Q5: Is the contractor required to provide typhoon blocks and galvanized cables for the container and all tanks located outside?

A5: Yes.

Q6: Is the contractor required to provide all piping and labor to make water connection to the equipment?

A6: Yes.

Q7: If so is the contractor required to provide a new backflow preventer?

A7: Yes.

Q8: Is the contractor required to connect the wash rack system to base power?

A8: Yes.

Q9: The 24" wide galvanized conveyor listed in the specification, is this conveyor to be placed in a concrete wash pad? It will be in a trench in an existing concrete pad.

If so please confirm the length?

A9: 18 Feet.

Q10: Is the contractor responsible for providing the dimensional drawings for the concrete trough for the conveyor?

A10: Yes.

Q11: Will the customer be providing the concrete work?

A11: No, our shop will be cutting the existing concrete pad to widen the trench for the conveyor.

We will also be repairing the existing curbs to the contractors specs.
